MagicBricks enquiries, straight to the agent who calls
Set your mailbox to forward MagicBricks lead emails to your private LumaKol address. Each enquiry becomes a lead with its contact details and the property it is about, and lands in an agent’s calling queue.
- Through MagicBricks lead emails
- One agent or shared in turn
- Every email listed under Activity

Who it’s for
Real-estate agencies, independent agents and developers’ in-house sales teams advertising on MagicBricks, from rentals and resale flats to new launches. An enquiry that waits until the evening is often already talking to another agent; with LumaKol it is in a caller’s queue as the email arrives.
- Tag MagicBricks leads at the source, for example rent or buy, so the agent knows the context before dialling.
- Managers see every MagicBricks lead with its calls, outcomes and stage in one place.
- A buyer who also asked on 99acres or Housing.com is matched by phone and gets one call.
How to connect it, through MagicBricks lead emails
- 1
Create the forwarding address
In LumaKol, go to Setup → Lead sources, choose Add source, then Email forwarding, and name it MagicBricks. Copy the address it shows.
- 2
Add it to your mailbox
In Gmail, add the address under Settings → Forwarding and POP/IMAP and enter the confirmation code LumaKol shows. In Outlook, go straight to the next step.
- 3
Forward MagicBricks emails only
Make a filter (Gmail) or rule (Outlook) on MagicBricks’ sender address that forwards matching emails to your LumaKol address.
- 4
Pick the agents and test
Give enquiries to one agent or share them in turn, choose the starting stage and tags, then forward one MagicBricks lead email to check.
What comes in with each enquiry
- Name, phone and email, read from the email’s labelled lines or table
- City or locality, when the email includes it
- MagicBricks, saved as the lead’s campaign
- The subject and details such as project, property type, budget and the message, as a note
After the lead arrives
Indian ten-digit mobiles are saved with +91, so repeat enquiries match the lead you already have and become a note on it instead of a duplicate. Automation rules can then act on MagicBricks leads by their source, for example adding a tag or moving them to a stage. Emails without a phone number are listed under Activity as Not added.
Questions
Is this an official MagicBricks integration?+
No. LumaKol has no partnership or API connection with MagicBricks. It reads the lead emails MagicBricks sends you once you forward them, and nothing changes in your MagicBricks account.
Can different agents get different MagicBricks leads?+
Yes. Share them in turn between the agents you pick, or forward different sets of emails (for example by a word in the subject) to separate email sources, each with its own agent.
What if a MagicBricks email has no phone number?+
It is not added, because there is no number to call, and the activity log shows it as Not added so you can check the email.
How do I test it?+
Forward one MagicBricks lead email to the address. It appears under the source’s Activity as New lead, Repeat or Not added within a minute or two.
