How to connect it

Add JustDial as a lead source
In LumaKol, go to Setup → Lead sources, choose Add source, then JustDial.

Send the URL to JustDial
Copy the webhook URL and send it to your JustDial account manager, asking them to push your leads to it. There is no setting to change in a JustDial panel.

Choose who gets the leads
Give every enquiry to one person, share them in turn between the people you pick, or leave them for a manager. Set the starting stage and tags as well.

Watch the first leads arrive
Every delivery appears in the source’s activity log as New lead, Repeat or Not added.
What comes in with each enquiry
- Name with title, mobile and email, with a second phone number added to the lead
- Company, city and PIN code
- The category, area and branch, as a note on the lead
After the lead arrives
When someone who is already a lead enquires again, LumaKol adds the enquiry to the existing lead as a note and moves it up the queue, so there is no duplicate. Keep the URL private: anyone who has it can send leads to your workspace, and Change URL gives you a new one.

How fast do JustDial leads arrive?+
As fast as JustDial sends them. Each enquiry is added the moment it reaches your URL.
What if the same enquiry is sent twice?+
A delivery that is sent again is added only once, and a new enquiry from a number you already have becomes a note on that lead.
Is the webhook URL secret?+
Yes. It is unique to your workspace and is the only thing needed to send leads, so share it only with JustDial. If it leaks, Change URL replaces it.
What if an enquiry has no phone number?+
It is not added, because every lead needs a number to call. The activity log shows it as Not added with the reason.
