Auto-dialer

An auto dialer that keeps the calls coming, one at a time

Switch on Auto-dial next lead and, after each outcome, LumaKol counts down a few seconds and dials the next lead in your queue from your own SIM. It works like a one-line power dialer: no virtual numbers, nobody answering to silence, and you can stop at any moment.

  • From your own SIM
  • One call at a time
  • Cancel any countdown

How auto-dial works

Two taps per call become one: log the outcome, and the next call is on its way.

  1. 1

    Start calling

Open the calling queue on Android. It serves the open lead with the highest score first, then the soonest follow-up, and only leads under the attempt limit.

  2. 2

    Call and log the outcome

Tap Call now. When the call ends the outcome form opens: pick what happened, add a note and save.

  3. 3

    A short countdown

With Auto-dial next lead on, the next lead appears with a countdown, 5 seconds unless you change it. Cancel if you need a breather; the lead stays at the top of your queue.

  4. 4

    The next call goes out

When the countdown ends, the call goes out from your work SIM through the phone’s dialer. Leave the screen and auto-dial stops.

Auto-dial next lead vs a predictive dialer

Dialers that ring several numbers at once are built for different work. This is how the three ways of calling compare.

Controls for admins

Speed is the caller’s choice. The limits are yours.

  • Switch it off for everyone

Settings → Calling → Allow auto-dial next lead. When it is off, every call starts with a tap, whatever a caller chose.

  • Calling hours before every dial

Outside your calling hours the app warns before it dials, and on days you have closed for calling it does not dial at all.

  • Attempt limits

Leads that reach the attempt limit leave the queue, so auto-dial cannot keep ringing the same number.

  • Outcome before the next call

A calling policy can make the outcome mandatory before the next call, so speed never costs you the record.

  • No-contact block

Leads who asked not to be contacted are blocked from every dial, auto-dial included.

Where it works

Auto-dial next lead is in the Android app, where calls go out from the work SIM. In the web app, the same countdown opens the next lead and can start the call as well. It is each caller’s own choice and stays off until they switch it on.

Auto-dialer questions

Is this a predictive dialer?+

No. LumaKol dials one lead at a time, only after the caller has logged the last call, so the caller is always there when someone answers. It does not dial several numbers at once, play recorded messages or leave voicemails.

Can I change the pause between calls?+

Yes. On Android choose anything from 3 to 60 seconds; the web app offers 3, 5, 10, 15 or 30 seconds. The default is 5.

Can a manager turn it off?+

Yes, for the whole workspace, in Settings → Calling. Callers then start every call with a tap.

Can we use auto-dial for telemarketing in the US?+

Whether auto-dial counts as an automatic dialing system is a legal question. If your team calls consumers in the US, consider switching it off for the workspace and ask your lawyer; the US calling rules page explains the controls.

Can we use auto-dial in India?+

Check with your telecom operator first. Since September 2026, TRAI treats calls started by an application without direct human dialling, including autodialling, as A2P calls that must be declared to the operator in advance. Auto-dial next lead starts the next call after a countdown, so unless you have made that declaration, switch it off for the workspace and ask your lawyer.

Does auto-dial cost extra?+

No. It is part of every plan, and calls use the plan on your own SIM.
