Account deletion
Delete your account and your data
You can delete your LumaKol account yourself from the app in under a minute. If you no longer have access to the app, send the request below and we will do it for you.
In the LumaKol app (Android and iPhone)
- 1Open the More tab and scroll to Legal & account.
- 2Tap Delete my account.
- 3Confirm with your password (or your Google sign-in).
- 4Your sign-in is removed immediately; the workspace data follows the schedule below.
From the web dashboard
The web dashboard has no self-service deletion yet. Workspace owners can cancel the subscription under Billing; the workspace then closes at the end of the paid period and is deleted after the retention window. To remove your own account, or to close a workspace at once, use the form below.
What is deleted
- Your name, email address, phone number and sign-in credentials.
- Your linked Google or Apple sign-in and any integrations you connected, such as Google Drive.
- Your sessions: every phone and browser you were signed in on is signed out, and the phone’s notification token is cleared.
- Any calendar subscription link you created, so the feed stops publishing your follow-ups.
What is kept, and for how long
- If you were the last owner, the whole workspace (leads, calls, reports) is erased straight away, so export anything you need first. An owner whose team is still active must transfer ownership first; the app tells you when that applies.
- Invoices and payment records are kept for the period tax law requires (typically 7 years), with your personal details removed where the law allows.
- Leads, calls, outcomes and notes you worked on belong to your organisation and stay in its workspace, shown under the name “Deleted User”; only your personal data is removed.
