Who it’s for
Boutiques, salons, studios, clinics, tutors and local service businesses running their site on Wix, whose booking or contact forms bring in people who expect a call back the same day.

How to connect it

Add Wix as a lead source
In LumaKol, go to Setup → Lead sources, choose Add source, then Wix, and copy the webhook URL.

Create an automation
In your Wix dashboard, open Automations → New automation, start from scratch, choose the trigger Form submitted and pick your form.

Send it to LumaKol
Choose the action Send HTTP request (webhook), paste the URL, and under the body choose fields with the keys name, phone and email.

Activate and test
Activate the automation, choose who gets the leads in LumaKol, then submit a test entry on your site.
What comes in with each submission
- Name (or first and last name), phone and email
- Company, city and address, from fields named that way
- The form’s name, saved as the lead’s campaign
- Every other answer, as a note
After the lead arrives
A person whose number is already a lead gets the new submission as a note on that lead, so the same caller follows up. Submissions without a phone number are listed under Activity as Not added.
Questions
How quickly does a Wix submission arrive?+
As soon as the automation runs, normally within seconds of the submission. The caller gets a push notification as the lead is added.
Will Wix still send its own notifications?+
Yes. The automation is an extra step; your existing Wix notifications are not changed.
What if the form has no phone field?+
Submissions without a phone number are not added, because every lead needs a number to call. Add a phone field and make it required.
Can I connect more than one form?+
Yes. Create an automation per form with the same URL; the form’s name is saved as each lead’s campaign.
