Know which lead is calling before you answer
When a lead calls your phone, LumaKol shows a card with their name, company or city, pipeline stage and the last call outcome, so you pick up already knowing the conversation.

What it does
What caller ID shows
When the phone rings, the app looks the number up among the leads on that phone. If it matches, a card appears over the incoming call screen with the lead’s name, their company or city, their pipeline stage and the last outcome logged. The card goes when the call is answered or ends, or after 45 seconds, and tapping it closes it.
The card needs Android’s “Show over other apps” permission. Without it, the same details arrive as a notification on the incoming call. Calls from numbers that are not leads show nothing.
Name and context
Lead name, company or city, stage and last outcome, before you say hello.
Notification fallback
Without the overlay permission, the details come as a heads-up notification.
Private on screen
The card is kept out of screenshots and screen recordings in the released app.
Masking respected
Where numbers are masked for agents, the notification shows the masked number.
How it works
How to turn it on
On each phone, once.
- 1
Install and sign in
Install the LumaKol app and sign in. Your leads sync to the phone.
- 2
Allow Show over other apps
The setup steps ask for it, and Diagnostics shows whether it is allowed.
- 3
Take a call from a lead
The card appears with the lead’s details while the phone rings.
- 4
Answer and log the outcome
When the call ends the outcome form opens, and the call is logged on the lead.
Who it’s for
Who it’s for
Callers who get callbacks
Telecallers whose leads call back hours or days later, from a number they would not recognise.
Busy front desks and branches
Teams taking calls from many customers, who need the lead’s stage before answering.
Shared lead teams
Team leads who see their team’s leads, so a callback to a teammate’s customer is recognised too.
Good to know
- It recognises leads you can see in LumaKol: an agent’s own leads, a team lead’s team’s leads.
- It does not identify spam or unknown callers. It only shows your own leads.
- While the phone is locked, the card only says that a lead is calling, never the lead’s name or details.
Questions
More answers on the FAQ page.
Does caller ID work for numbers that are not leads?
No. It only shows leads you can see in LumaKol. Unknown numbers ring as normal.
Why do I see a notification instead of a card?
The card needs the “Show over other apps” permission. Allow it in Android settings; Diagnostics in the app shows whether it is on.
Does it use the internet when the phone rings?
The lookup uses the leads already synced to the phone, so it works from what the app has stored.
Can someone screenshot the card?
In the released app the card is excluded from screenshots and screen recordings.
Is caller ID on every plan?
Yes, it is in every plan. LumaKol has a 14-day free trial, then paid plans from ₹399$9 per calling seat per month.
