What it does

What the auto dialer does

Most auto dialer apps route calls through cloud telephony: virtual numbers, per-minute bills and a dialer that rings several people at once. LumaKol works from the phone your caller already has. The app serves the next lead from a scored queue, and with Auto-dial next lead switched on it places that call itself once the last outcome is saved.

Each call still goes through the phone’s own dialer, so it uses your mobile plan and shows your number. On Android, the app reads the phone’s call log to attach the call, its exact duration and whether it connected to the lead; on iPhone, the app measures the call and attaches it with an approximate duration. Then the outcome form opens.

  • A queue that picks the next lead

The open lead with the highest score comes first, then the soonest follow-up, then the fewest attempts. Leads at the attempt limit drop out.

  • A countdown you control

The next call starts after 5 seconds unless the caller cancels. The pause can be set anywhere from 3 to 60 seconds.

  • Outcome before the next dial

The outcome form opens when the call ends. A calling policy can make the outcome mandatory before the next call.

  • Calling hours checked first

Outside your calling hours the app warns before dialling, and on days closed for calling it does not dial.

  • No-contact leads are skipped

A lead who asked not to be contacted is blocked from every dial, auto-dial included.

  • Your number, your plan

No virtual numbers and no per-minute charges from LumaKol. Calls use the plan on the caller’s SIM.

How it works

How it works

Four steps, and the loop repeats until the queue is empty or the caller stops.

  1. 1

    Open the calling queue

Tap Start calling on the app’s home screen. The queue shows the next lead with its score, stage and the script for its stage and source.

  2. 2

    Turn on Auto-dial next lead

Flip the switch at the bottom of the queue. Your admin can turn the option off for the whole workspace in Settings → Calling policy.

  3. 3

    Call and save the outcome

Tap Call now. When the call ends, pick what happened, adjust the follow-up if the customer named a time, and save.

  4. 4

    The next call goes out

A countdown runs, then the app dials the next lead from your work SIM. Cancel the countdown to take a break; leave the screen and auto-dial stops.

Who it’s for

Who it’s for

  • Telecalling and inside sales teams

Teams working a list of enquiries every day who lose time between calls finding the next number.

  • Small businesses with a few callers

Owners who want faster calling without buying virtual numbers or a telephony contract. Billing starts at one seat.

  • Teams whose customers call back

Calling from a real mobile number means a returned call reaches the same person, on the same phone.

What it does not do

  • It is not a predictive dialer. It never rings several numbers at once, plays recorded messages or leaves voicemails.
  • Rules on automatic dialling differ by country. In India, TRAI treats calls started by an application without direct human dialling as A2P calls that must be declared to your operator; in the US, ask a lawyer before using it to call consumers. Switch it off for the workspace if in doubt.

Questions

More answers on the FAQ page.

Is LumaKol a predictive dialer?

No. It dials one lead at a time, only after the caller has saved the last outcome, so a person is always there when someone answers.

Do I need new numbers or a VoIP plan?

No. Calls go out from the SIM already in the caller’s phone, through its normal dialer, and use that SIM’s plan.

Can I change the pause between calls?

Yes. Choose anything from 3 to 60 seconds. The default is 5 seconds, and a caller can cancel any countdown.

Can the app call a whole list without stopping?

Yes. Power Dialer works through one list or all your leads: after each hang-up the app counts down a 3 to 60 second gap and dials the next lead, and tags calls that don’t connect for you. Turn on Ring missed leads again once at setup and a missed lead is rung once more later in the session. Pause, Skip lead and End session work at any time, and the session stops by itself at the end of the list or outside calling hours.

Can a manager stop callers using auto-dial?

Yes. Settings → Calling policy → Allow auto-dial next lead turns it off for the whole workspace, and every call then starts with a tap. Power Dialer is off whenever auto-dial is, and can also be switched off on its own.

Does auto-dial cost extra?

No. Auto-dial and Power Dialer are part of every plan. LumaKol has a 14-day free trial, then paid plans from ₹399$9 per calling seat per month; there is no free plan.
