Telecaller app
The telecaller app your callers open every morning
LumaKol’s app is where a telecaller’s day happens: the calls to make, the script to read, the outcome to log and the callbacks due. Calls go out from their own SIM and are logged on their own.
- Calls logged without typing
- Outcome form after every call
- Works offline and syncs later
14-day free trial, then paid plans from ₹399$9 per calling seat per month. Pricing

What it does
What the app does for a telecaller
The home screen opens on today’s numbers: calls made, connect rate, talk time and follow-ups due, with overdue callbacks flagged in red. Start calling hands over the next lead with the script that matches its stage and source.
When a call ends the outcome form opens. One tap records what happened, sets the next follow-up and can move the lead along the pipeline. On Android, the app reads the phone’s call log, so a call dialled from the normal dialer or a contact is logged too, with its exact duration, as long as the number belongs to a lead and the call is on the work SIM. On iPhone, calls started from LumaKol are logged with an approximate duration measured by the app.
Automatic call logging
On Android, incoming, outgoing and missed calls with leads on the work SIM are attached to the lead with time, exact duration and whether they connected. On iPhone, calls started from LumaKol are attached with an approximate duration measured by the app.
One-tap outcomes
Connected, not connected and do-not-call outcomes, each with its own follow-up timing. Admins edit the list.
Follow-ups that remind
Every promised callback sits in the Tasks tab, overdue first, with Reschedule and Done on each row, and the phone reminds the caller when it falls due.
WhatsApp and SMS templates
Pick a template, edit it, and it opens in WhatsApp or Messages on the caller’s phone, logged on the lead.
Targets on the home screen
Calls, connected calls and deals won against the month’s target, with a mark for where a steady pace would be today.
Check-in and breaks
Check in for the day, take typed breaks and check out, all from the same app.
How it works
How a telecaller’s day runs
Set up once by an admin on the web, then everything happens on the phone.
- 1
Install and pick the work SIM
The caller signs in on their phone. On Android they allow the phone and call log permissions and choose which SIM is for work; calls on the other SIM are never read.
- 2
Check in and open the queue
Check in from the home screen, then tap Start calling. Overdue follow-ups and fresh enquiries come first.
- 3
Call, then log the outcome
The call goes out through the phone’s dialer from the caller’s own number. The outcome form opens the moment it ends.
- 4
Follow up and finish the day
Callbacks land in the Tasks tab with reminders. Check out at the end of the day; the manager sees it all on the live board.
Who it’s for
Who it’s for
Telecalling teams
Admissions counsellors, loan and insurance callers, real estate pre-sales and support callers who live on the phone.
Team leads
Team leads get the same app plus the team board, showing who is online, on a break and behind on callbacks.
Owners setting up a team
Pipelines, outcomes, scripts and calling hours are set on the web once and reach every phone.
Good to know
- Some phone brands stop apps in the background to save battery. The app’s Diagnostics screen shows which permissions and settings are missing, and our troubleshooting guides cover Xiaomi, Samsung, Realme, Oppo and OnePlus.
Questions
More answers on the FAQ page.
Does the telecaller app work without internet?
Calls work as normal because they go over the mobile network. The app keeps the call log on the phone, encrypted, and uploads it when the connection comes back.
Will my personal calls be uploaded?
No. Only the SIM marked as the work SIM is read, and calls with numbers that are not leads stay on the phone unless your admin turns on missed-call leads.
Can managers use the app too?
Yes. Owners, admins and team leads see the team board under More → Work → Team board, review calls under More → Work → Call reviews, open the day’s field visits under More → Work → Visits, switch Tasks to a teammate’s follow-ups, and filter and assign leads in bulk. Owners and admins can also turn calling on for themselves.
Do callers need training?
Very little. The app checks its own setup and permissions, and most of the day happens on the queue, the outcome form and the Tasks tab.
Is there a free plan?
No. LumaKol has a 14-day free trial, then paid plans from ₹399$9 per calling seat per month. The trial needs no card.
