A power dialer for teams that call from mobile phones

Pick a list and LumaKol’s Power Dialer calls it one lead after another from the caller’s own SIM. Calls that don’t connect are tagged for you, an answered call takes one tap, and managers follow every session on the web.

  • A 3 to 60 second gap after each hang-up
  • Missed calls tagged, with an optional second ring
  • Pause, Skip lead or End session any time

14-day free trial, then paid plans from ₹399$9 per calling seat per month. Pricing

LumaKol Power Dialer session in the app after an answered call: one-tap outcomes, a note box, WhatsApp and SMS buttons, and Pause, Skip lead and End session
A Power Dialer session: one-tap outcome tags above the next countdown

What it does

Power, predictive and preview dialling

Dialers come in three kinds. A preview dialer shows the next lead and waits for the caller to press call. A power dialer places the next call automatically when the caller is ready, one line per person. A predictive dialer rings several numbers per caller and connects whoever answers, which is why people pick up to silence.

LumaKol’s Power Dialer is a power dialer that runs in the LumaKol app. The caller picks a list; after each hang-up the app counts down a gap of 3 to 60 seconds and dials the next lead from the work SIM. It keeps going until the caller ends the session or a rule ends it.

  • A gap you choose

After each hang-up the app counts down 3 to 60 seconds, then dials the next lead in the chosen list.

  • Missed calls tag themselves

Calls that don’t connect are saved as No answer or Busy automatically, with nothing to tap.

  • One tap after an answered call

Quick outcome tags appear above the next countdown, which waits at least 10 seconds. Or tag the call later from Calls → Needs outcome.

  • An optional second ring for missed leads

Turn on Ring missed leads again once when you set up a session, and a lead who didn’t answer is rung once more, 30 minutes later or after the rest of the list. It’s off by default, and the app remembers your choice.

  • Pause, skip or end

Pause, Skip lead and End session work at any time during a session.

  • Stops on your rules

A session stops outside calling hours, on a closed day, at the end of the list or at the workspace’s longest-session limit.

How it works

How a Power Dialer session works

The caller sets the pace. The policy sets the limits.

  1. 1

Pick a list and the gap

Open Power Dialer from the app’s home screen, choose all your leads or one list, and set the gap between calls from 3 to 60 seconds.

  2. 2

    Talk, then tap an outcome

The app dials from your work SIM. After an answered call, tap a quick outcome tag above the next countdown; missed calls are tagged for you.

  3. 3

    The next lead is dialled

When the countdown ends the next lead rings, and the session ends when the list is done. If you turned on Ring missed leads again once, a missed lead comes round one more time, 30 minutes later or after the rest of the list.

  4. 4

    Managers follow along

Session calls carry a Power Dialer tag. Reports → Calling sessions shows each caller’s sessions, and the live board shows who is in a session.

Who it’s for

Who it’s for

  • Outbound teams with long lists

Admissions, loans, insurance and B2B teams working through hundreds of numbers a day.

  • Teams that sell from mobiles

Callers who already use their own phones and numbers and do not want a desk phone or softphone.

  • People calling on their own

Power Dialer works on individual accounts too, so one person can work through a list the same way.

Good to know

  • One line per caller. Power Dialer never dials ahead of the caller or rings several numbers at once.
  • An admin can switch Power Dialer off in Settings → Calling policy, and it needs auto-dial allowed. Require an outcome for answered calls brings back a required outcome sheet after answered calls only.
  • Automatic dialling rules vary. In India, calls started by an application without direct human dialling must be declared to your operator as A2P calls; switch auto-dial off for the workspace unless you have done that.

Questions

More answers on the FAQ page.

What is the difference between a power dialer and an auto dialer?

The words overlap. An auto dialer is any dialer that places calls for you; a power dialer is the kind that dials one number per caller, as soon as they are free. LumaKol’s Power Dialer works that way, through a list you pick.

What happens to calls nobody answers?

They are tagged No answer or Busy automatically, and the session ends when the list is done. For a second try, turn on Ring missed leads again once when you set up the session: a lead who didn’t answer is then rung once more, 30 minutes later or after the rest of the list, never straight after the call they missed. The switch is off by default, and the app remembers your choice.

Can I make outcomes required?

Yes. An admin turns on Require an outcome for answered calls in Settings → Calling policy on the web. The outcome sheet then opens after every answered call; missed calls are still tagged for you.

Can I see who is in a session right now?

Yes. The live board shows an In session badge beside anyone running Power Dialer, and Reports → Calling sessions on the web lists each caller’s sessions.
