What it does
What the reports show
The dashboard follows the window you pick (today, 7, 15 or 30 days, 3 months or your own dates) and compares it with the window before: calls, talk time, outcomes logged and deals won, then new leads, overdue follow-ups, check-ins and unassigned leads. Reports add the pipeline funnel, performance per person, outcome mix, By agent, By lead source, targets, revenue from quotes and attendance.
Reports → Coaching is for managers and team leads. It shows when customers answer, how long new leads wait for a first call, whether follow-ups were called on time, and a scorecard per caller.
Best time to call
The share of calls answered for every weekday and hour, in your workspace’s time zone.
Speed to lead
How long new leads waited for their first call, in bands from under 5 minutes to more than a day, with the median.
Follow-up discipline
Follow-ups that fell due, called on time (30 minutes before to 2 hours after), late or not at all.
Caller scorecard
Calls, answered, talk time, average call, outcomes, time to first call, follow-ups on time and QA score per person.
By lead source
Called, connected, won and lost per source, conversion rate and median time to first call; export as CSV.
Targets and forecast
Each caller’s progress against monthly targets, and a month-end revenue forecast.
How it works
How managers use it
Ten minutes a week is enough for most teams.
- 1
Start with the dashboard
Pick the window. Check overdue follow-ups and unassigned leads first; those are promises at risk.
- 2
Check sources
Reports → By lead source shows which sources convert and how fast each one is called.
- 3
Open Coaching
Move calling hours to when customers answer, and look at speed to lead and follow-up discipline per caller.
- 4
Talk to one caller
Use the caller scorecard and a call review to agree one thing to change this week.
Who it’s for
Who it’s for
Team leads
Leads who run a daily stand-up and want numbers both sides can see.
Owners
Owners deciding which lead sources to keep paying for and where the pipeline is stuck.
Agents
Agents see their own performance, their own time and their call reviews, for the same windows.
Good to know
- Agents see their own numbers, team leads their team’s, owners and admins everyone’s.
- A call counts as connected only when its saved outcome agrees: an answering machine saved as No answer counts as not connected, and talk time adds up connected calls only.
Questions
More answers on the FAQ page.
Where do the numbers come from?
From calls the app logged, outcomes logged after calls, follow-up dates and check-ins. Nothing is typed in for the report’s sake.
Can I export reports?
Yes. The tables on Reports export as CSV or Excel, and so does the attendance report. Leads export from the Leads page and your own calls from the Calls page.
What is speed to lead?
The time between a lead arriving and its first call. Coaching groups leads into bands and shows the median time.
Can agents see the reports?
Agents see their own performance and reviews. Coaching is for managers and team leads.
Are reports on every plan?
Yes. Coaching is part of every team plan. LumaKol has a 14-day free trial, then paid plans from ₹399$9 per calling seat per month.
