Who it’s for
Businesses whose website runs on WordPress: service companies, clinics, schools, manufacturers and agencies whose contact or quote form sends an email that someone reads later. Keep the form and its email; the webhook makes the enquiry a lead in the calling queue as well.

How to connect it

Add a WordPress source
In LumaKol, go to Setup → Lead sources, choose Add source, then WordPress forms, and copy the webhook URL.

Contact Form 7 or Elementor Pro
CF7: with a webhook add-on such as CF7 to Webhook, open the form’s Webhook tab, tick Send to Webhook and paste the URL. Elementor Pro: add the Webhook action after submit, paste the URL and turn on Advanced Data.

WPForms or Gravity Forms
Open the form’s Settings → Webhooks, add a webhook with the URL and method POST (Gravity Forms: format JSON), and send the fields with the keys name, phone, email and message.

Choose who gets the leads
Give entries to one person or share them in turn, set the starting stage and tags, then send a test entry. It appears under Activity.
What comes in with each entry
- Name, phone and email, from fields named or labelled like name, phone or mobile, and email
- Company, city, state, postal code and address, when the form asks for them
- The form’s name, saved as the lead’s campaign, when the plugin sends it
- The message and every other answer, as a note
After the lead arrives
Spam-protection, consent and page-tracking fields are dropped, so the note only holds what the visitor typed. Someone who sends the form twice, or is already a lead, gets a note on the existing lead instead of a duplicate. Keep the URL private; Change URL replaces it if it ever leaks.
Questions
Can Contact Form 7 send webhooks on its own?+
No. Contact Form 7 needs a webhook add-on such as CF7 to Webhook. WPForms and Gravity Forms use their own Webhooks add-ons, and Elementor Pro’s Form widget has a Webhook action built in.
Will I still get the form’s email notification?+
Yes. The webhook is an extra action; your plugin’s email notifications carry on as before.
Do I have to rename my fields?+
Usually not. Names and labels such as Your Name, your-phone or Mobile Number are recognised. In WPForms and Gravity Forms, use the keys name, phone, email and message when you choose the fields to send.
Will spam submissions become leads?+
Only if they include a valid phone number. LumaKol ignores captcha fields, so keep your form’s own spam protection switched on.
