Built for teams that sell across markets
One workspace, many markets: each person keeps their language and time zone, each workspace its currency, calling hours and rules.

- 33

What “multi-market” means in LumaKol
Not a translation layer bolted on afterwards — the parts of the product that change from market to market are settings.
Language chosen per person
The workspace sets a default; every member picks their own from the language menu on the web or More → Preferences in the app. The web app and both mobile apps ship in the same 33 languages, and the phone can also just follow its system language.
Time zones per person
Follow-ups, reminders and reports run in the time zone of the person looking at them, so a team lead in Dubai and an agent in Kochi see the same callback at the right local time.
International numbers, de-duplicated
A number typed with a country code, an international prefix or in local format resolves to the same lead. Imports and captured calls match on the normalised number, so nobody is called twice.
Local pricing, tax-ready invoices
India pays in rupees through UPI, cards or net banking with a GST invoice; everyone else pays in US dollars and receives an export invoice. The currency is fixed by the workspace’s country.
Calling rules per workspace
Calling hours and days, maximum attempts, retry delays and a permanent “Requested no contact” outcome are set once. The app warns before any call outside hours and flags it in reports, and leads at their attempt limit or marked no-contact leave the queue.
Data protection settings
Number masking for agents, recording access by role, screenshot blocking in the apps, export permissions, an audit log and self-service account deletion.
Three teams, one workspace each

Real-estate brokerage in India
Agents work in Hindi and Marathi, management reviews in English, pricing and invoices in rupees with GST. Calling hours and attempt limits keep agents from calling the same people too often or too late.

Recruitment agency in the UAE
Arabic and English interfaces side by side. Candidate follow-ups are scheduled in the candidate’s time zone and each consultant’s reminders arrive in theirs.

Software company selling to Brazil from Portugal
Portuguese for the reps, dollar pricing on the invoice, Brazilian numbers normalised on import and every call, outcome and note on the lead’s timeline.
Telemarketing rules differ by country. Your workflow stays the same.
Every workspace gets the same tools — calling hours, attempt caps, retry delays, a permanent no-contact outcome, an audit log and exports — so you can meet local rules wherever you call. Confirm your obligations with counsel.
| Market | What the law expects | What you set up in LumaKol |
|---|---|---|
| India | Respect the national DND registry and TRAI’s commercial-communication rules | Calling hours and days; the “Requested no contact” outcome as your own do-not-call list; the audit log and exports as your record of who was called when. |
| United States | TCPA consent for automated contact and state do-not-call lists | Consent captured in a custom field on the lead; attempt caps and retry delays per lead; exports so you can screen against your own suppression lists. |
| United Kingdom | PECR and the Telephone Preference Service | Calling hours and days; “Requested no contact” closes the lead permanently; exports for your Telephone Preference Service screening. |
| European Union | GDPR lawful basis and ePrivacy rules for direct marketing | Lawful basis recorded in a custom field; number masking for agents; exports and self-service deletion for data-subject requests. |
| Brazil | LGPD consent and consumer-protection rules | Consent recorded on the lead; calling hours and days; audit log and exports for LGPD access and deletion requests. |
| Australia | Do Not Call Register and the Spam Act | Calling hours and days; attempt caps; exports so you can screen against the Do Not Call Register. |
| UAE and Saudi Arabia | Personal data protection laws and telecom marketing rules | Arabic or English per person; calling hours and days that match the local working week; recording access limited by role. |
33 interface languages
The web app and the Android and iPhone apps are available in the same 33 languages, each person choosing their own — including Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi and Urdu, with full right-to-left layouts for Arabic, Hebrew, Persian and Urdu.
