Website enquiries, called within minutes
Share a LumaKol form as a link or a QR poster, point the form tool you already use at a webhook URL, or add live chat. Every enquiry becomes a lead in the calling queue.
- Hosted forms on every plan
- Works with any form tool
- Spam protection built in

Three ways to bring website leads in
- 1
A hosted LumaKol form
Create one in Settings → Integrations → Lead capture forms. Pick the fields (name, phone, email, company, city and more) and a thank-you message or a page to send people to, then share the link. Its QR code and a printable “Scan to get a call back” poster work for shops, stands and flyers, and leads from a scan are tagged qr.
- 2
A webhook from your own form tool
In Setup → Lead sources, add a Website or other app source and send your form’s submissions to its URL as JSON or form fields. Common field names such as name, phone, email, city and message are recognised, and you can map your own.
- 3
Live chat
Add the chat widget with one line of code. Every chat becomes a lead, and a returning visitor’s chat is added to their existing lead.
What each website lead carries
- Name and phone (phone is always required), plus email if you ask for it
- Company, city, state, address and PIN code, when your form asks
- What the person is looking for, as a note
- The source and tags you chose, plus a qr tag for scans
After the lead arrives
A lead from a hosted form waits for a manager to hand out unless an automation rule assigns it to one person or in turn, using the source or tags you set on the form. A webhook source has its own setting: one person, in turn, or nobody yet. In both cases a number you already have becomes a note on the existing lead.
Hosted forms (up to 20) and live chat are on every plan. The website webhook source needs Growth or above, or the free trial.
Compare plansQuestions
Can I change a form’s fields later?+
No. A form’s fields are fixed when you create it. To change them, create a new form and pause or delete the old one.
Is there spam protection?+
Yes. Built-in spam protection filters out most bot submissions, and every lead needs a phone number.
Can I keep my existing website form?+
Yes, if your form tool can send a webhook: point it at a Website or other app source. If it cannot, link to a hosted LumaKol form instead.
What if a submission has no phone number?+
It is not added, because every lead needs a number to call. For a webhook source, the activity log shows it as Not added with the reason.
