See a lead’s local time before you call
When a lead’s number was saved with its country code, LumaKol shows the time where the lead is beside the number, with a moon at night there, so you call people in other time zones at a sensible hour.
- LumaKol open in your browser: the lead’s time is compared with your computer’s clock
- Numbers of leads abroad typed or imported with their country code, such as +971…, 00971… or 971…

Where the time shows
Beside or under the lead’s number on Leads (under the name when the Phone column is hidden), in the lead page header, on My calls, on Follow-ups, in the Best to call now and Calls due today cards on your home page, and in the Recent activity panel on Leads. It reads like UAE · 4:35 PM and moves on by itself every minute. Hover over it to see the time zone it comes from.

Only for numbers saved with their country code
LumaKol works the time out from the number, so it needs the country code the number came with: typed or imported as +971…, 00971… or 971…. A number saved without one is read as a number of your workspace’s country, and no local time shows for it, because that country is a guess. When you import a list of leads abroad, keep the country code in the phone column.

When no time shows
Nothing shows when the lead is on the same clock as your computer, so leads in your own time zone stay uncluttered. It also stays hidden when the number came without its country code, and when the number could be in several time zones and one of them is yours.

Countries with several time zones
Where a country spans time zones, LumaKol reads the area code: in the United States and Canada, for example, the area code gives the zone. A number that does not say which part of its country it is in, such as a mobile in Russia or Australia, shows the range of times instead, for example 1:10–4:10 PM, and hovering over it lists the zones.

Night at the lead’s end
From 9 PM to 8 AM where the lead is, a moon replaces the clock icon, so a call that would land in someone’s late evening or early morning stands out before you dial. For a range, the moon shows when it is night in any of its zones.

Masked and hidden numbers
If your workspace masks numbers or hides them from you, the time comes only from what you are allowed to see: the leading digits of a masked number, or just the country of a hidden one. It never tells you more about the number than the screen does.

Calling hours still follow your workspace
The local time helps you choose when to call; it does not block anything. Calling hours in Settings → Calling policy are checked against the clock on the caller’s phone, so set hours that suit the people you call.
শেষে আপনার যা থাকবে
- The time where the lead is, beside the number, before every call
- Late evening and night at the lead’s end marked with a moon
- No guessing: a number without its country code shows no time
সাধারণ প্রশ্ন
Why does a lead show no local time?+
Usually its number was saved without a country code, so LumaKol cannot tell where the lead is. It also shows nothing when the lead is on the same clock as you.
Does the time come from the lead’s address?+
No. It comes from the phone number alone: its country code and, in a country with several time zones, its area code where the number has one.
Does LumaKol stop calls at night in the lead’s time zone?+
No. The moon is a reminder, not a block. Calling hours are checked against the caller’s phone clock.
