A hosted LumaKol form
Create one in Integrations → Lead sources → Lead capture forms. Pick the fields (name, phone, email, company, city and more) and a thank-you message or a page to send people to, then share the link. Its QR code and a printable “Scan to get a call back” poster work for shops, stands and flyers, and leads from a scan are tagged qr.

The form tool you already use
In Integrations → Lead sources, add the source for your tool: Google Forms, WordPress (Contact Form 7, WPForms, Elementor Pro, Gravity Forms), Typeform, Tally, Jotform, Webflow, Wix or Unbounce. Anything else that can send a webhook uses a Website or other app source, where common field names such as name, phone, email, city and message are recognised and you can map your own.

A webhook also reads email, company, city, state, pincode or zip and address, unwraps one level of nesting such as a data object, and ignores letter case in key names. For any other names, map them under Field names on the source.
After the lead arrives
A lead from a hosted form waits for a manager to hand out unless an automation rule assigns it to one person or in turn, for example by the tags you set on the form. A webhook source has its own setting: one person, in turn, or nobody yet. In both cases a number you already have becomes a note on the existing lead.
Hosted forms (up to 20) and live chat are on every plan. Form tool sources and the website webhook source need Growth or above, or the free trial.

A visitor sees “That does not look like a valid mobile number”
Hosted forms check the number before the lead is saved, so the visitor can correct it on the spot. Numbers without a country code are read with your workspace’s country.
My webhook’s leads have no name
Your site sends the name under a key LumaKol does not know, such as fullName2. Open the source with Edit and enter that key under Field names → Name.
Test posts from my developer became leads
Send test or is_test with the value true in the request. Those deliveries are listed under Activity as Test and never become leads.
Someone copied our form’s posting address
For a hosted form use New address: the old posting address stops at once, while the share link stays the same. For a webhook source use Change URL and update your site straight after.
Questions about Formulaires de site
Can I keep my existing website form?+
Yes. Google Forms, WordPress, Typeform, Tally, Jotform, Webflow, Wix and Unbounce each have a source of their own, and any other site or tool that can send a POST request, as JSON or ordinary form fields, can use a Website or other app source.
Do hosted forms keep spam out?+
Yes. Spam protection is built into every hosted form, and a submission only becomes a lead when it has a valid phone number.
Can a visitor tell whether they are already in our CRM?+
No. A hosted form answers the same way whether the person is new or already a lead, so nobody can use your form to find out who you are calling. Behind the scenes, a known number becomes a note on the existing lead.
Can I change a form’s fields later?+
No. A form’s fields are fixed when you create it. To change them, create a new form and pause or delete the old one.
