Webflow form submissions, called while the visitor is interested

Add a Form submission webhook in your Webflow site settings with the URL LumaKol gives you. Every submission from your site’s forms becomes a lead in a caller’s queue.

  • One webhook for the whole site
  • Form name saved as campaign
  • Matched by phone

Webflow at a glance

How leads get in
A site-wide Webflow webhook with the trigger Form submission posts every submission to the private URL your LumaKol source gives you.
How fast
As Webflow sends the webhook, normally seconds after a visitor submits a form on the published site.
Repeats and retries
Each submission is recorded by its Webflow submission ID, so a resent one is added once. A visitor whose number is already a lead gets a note.
Where you set it up
In Webflow: Site settings → Apps & integrations → Webhooks → Add webhook, trigger type Form submission.

Who it’s for

Studios, SaaS and service companies, agencies and consultants whose marketing site is built in Webflow, where demo, quote and contact requests sit in Webflow’s form submissions or an inbox. With LumaKol, the sales caller gets them as leads to call.

  • One site webhook covers every form on the site; the form’s name shows which one each lead used.
  • Fields named Name, Phone and Email fill the lead; other fields go to the note.
  • Webflow keeps storing submissions as before.

How to connect it

  1. 1

Add Webflow as a lead source

In LumaKol, go to Integrations → Lead sources, choose Add source, then Webflow, and copy the webhook URL.

  2. 2

    Add a site webhook

In Webflow, open Site settings → Apps & integrations. Under Webhooks click Add webhook, choose Form submission, paste the URL and save.

  3. 3

    Name your fields and publish

Name the form fields Name, Phone and Email, then publish the site.

  4. 4

    Test on the live site

Submit the form once on the published site, not in the Designer preview. The submission shows under the source’s Activity, with the form’s name as the campaign.

What comes in with each submission

A field named Name, Full name, or First name and Last nameName
A field named Phone, Mobile or WhatsAppPhone
A field named EmailEmail
A field named Message, Details or RequirementThe first line of the note
Fields named Company, City, State or AddressCompany, city, state and address
The form’s name in the Webflow DesignerCampaign
Every other fieldA “Field: answer” line in the note

Webflow sends each field under the name you gave it in the Designer, so field names decide where an answer goes. Both of Webflow’s webhook formats are read.

After the lead arrives

One webhook covers every form on the site, so the form’s name, saved as the campaign, is how callers tell a demo request from any other form. A form that should never reach the calling team, such as a newsletter sign-up, can simply leave out the phone field: a submission without a phone number is never added.

Common Webflow problems, and the fix

  • Nothing arrives after adding the webhook

Webflow only sends submissions from the published site. Publish after adding the webhook and renaming fields, then submit the form on the live domain.

  • Every lead shows a generic campaign

The campaign is the form’s name. Give each form a clear name in the Designer, such as Demo request or Pricing enquiry, and publish, so you can tell the forms apart on each lead.

  • The phone number lands in the note

A field left with a default name such as Field 2 is not recognised. Rename it Phone in the Designer and make it required; an answer also needs 7 to 15 digits to count as a phone number.

Questions about Webflow

I added the webhook but nothing arrived. Why?+

Publish the site after adding the webhook and the field names, then submit the form on the live site. The source’s Activity lists every delivery that reached LumaKol.

Do I need a webhook per form?+

No. One Form submission webhook covers every form on the site, and the form’s name is saved as each lead’s campaign.

Does Webflow still keep the submissions?+

Yes. The webhook sends a copy to LumaKol; Webflow’s own form submissions and email notifications work as before.
