Your profile, language and sessions

Language per person across 33 locales, time zones that stop arguments, and revoking a device.

Step by step

After this video each person can set their own language and time zone, see where they are signed in and sign out a lost device, and knows how deleting an account works.

Set the workspace default language
Settings → Organization → Default language is what new members see first, and the language of system emails to them until they pick their own.

Pick your own language on the web
The language menu in the top bar changes the whole interface at once and is saved to your account. The light and dark button beside it switches the look in that browser.

Set your time zone
Settings → Profile holds your name, time zone and mobile number. Your time zone drives every date and reminder you see, and follow-ups are always shown in the agent’s own time zone.

Language and appearance on the phone
In the LumaKol app, More → Preferences has Language, which follows the system or any language you pick, and Appearance: Follow system, Light or Dark. Both apply at once.

Check where you are signed in
Settings → Sign-in & security → Active sessions lists the devices most recently signed in to your account, with when each signed in and was last active.

Sign out a device
Sign out any session you do not recognise, such as a phone that was lost or handed back. Changing your password signs out every other session at once.

Owners: read the security log
Owners and admins also get Settings → Security log: recent sign-in attempts across the workspace and a record of sensitive changes such as exports, role and password changes.

Delete an account
Settings → Profile → Delete my account, or More → Personal information in the app. Your sign-in stops working everywhere and your personal details are erased; calls, leads and notes stay with the organisation. An owner must first make another admin the owner.

Tips

Arabic, Hebrew, Persian and Urdu flip the whole app layout right to left.
Agents and managers in different cities each see times in their own zone, so set it before the first follow-up is booked.
