Step by step

After this video your callers can save what happened on a call in one tap, and the next follow-up, the stage change and the timeline entry happen without anyone typing them.

  1. 1

    Open Setup тЖТ Call outcomes

Call outcomes are what agents pick after each call. Add outcome, name it and choose its Group, such as Interested, Call back or Not connected. Tick Connected only for outcomes that mean a real conversation happened.

  2. 2

    Book the next follow-up

Follow-up after (minutes) books the next callback automatically: 60 is one hour, 1440 is the next day, and an empty box means no automatic follow-up. The agent can still change the time on the call.

  3. 3

Move the lead to a stage

Move to stage picks where the lead goes when this outcome is saved, or Keep current stage. This is how one tap after a call keeps the pipeline up to date.

  4. 4

    See what one tap does

When an agent saves an outcome, the leadтАЩs attempt count goes up, the next follow-up is set from the default unless the agent changed it, the stage moves if the outcome says so, and the timeline records the call with its duration and note.

  5. 5

    Add post-call questions

Setup тЖТ Call outcomes тЖТ Post-call feedback. Questions for every call are asked after each outcome; extra questions for one outcome are asked only when it is chosen, such as budget after Interested. A question can be Text, Number, Choice, Yes / no or Rating 1тАУ5.

  6. 6

    Decide whether feedback is mandatory

Mandatory feedback has three settings: Remind, where agents are reminded but can continue; Block next call, where the next call cannot start until feedback is saved; and Optional. It applies in the mobile app and on the web.

  7. 7

    What the caller sees

On Android the Call outcome screen opens when a call on the work SIM ends; on iPhone it opens when you return to the app. Outcomes appear as tiles in their groups, the follow-up fills in from the default, and only a time in the future can be saved.

Tips

  • Give No answer a 180-minute default so the retry happens the same day, and Send details a 60-minute default so the promise is kept.
  • Keep Requested no contact in the list even if you rename the others: saving it stops further calls to that lead.
  • An outcome already used on leads is archived instead of deleted, so old calls keep their history.
