After this video you know what each privacy control in LumaKol really stops, and which one actually protects your lead list from leaving with someone: the right to export.

Open Settings → Privacy
This page decides what agents can see, copy and export: phone numbers, recordings, exports and screenshots. Managers always see full numbers whatever is set here.

Choose how agents see phone numbers
Phone numbers for agents can be Full number, Masked, where only the last two digits show, or Hidden, which leaves tap to call only. Dialling works from the app either way.

Know what masking does not do
Masking applies inside LumaKol. When an agent places a call, the phone’s own dialler and call log still show that number, because that is how the call is made and captured. So masking keeps numbers off the screen, but it is not what protects the list in bulk.

Limit exports
Roles that can export leads decides who can download leads as CSV or Excel: owners and admins by default, and team leads can be added. Exports also need a paid subscription. This is the control that protects your list in bulk.

Check who exported what
Every leads and calls export is recorded. Owners and admins see it in Settings → Security log, together with sign-in attempts and other sensitive changes such as role and password changes.

Decide who can hear recordings
Who can listen to recordings is either Owners, admins and team leads, or Everyone, including agents for their own calls.

Choose where recordings are saved
Where recordings are saved offers each caller’s Google Drive, the company’s Google Drive, or LumaKol cloud storage. Changing it only affects new recordings and voice notes; existing ones stay where they were saved.

Block screenshots on lead screens in the mobile app stops capture on Android; on iPhone the app shows a warning instead.
Tips
- Downloading leads needs a paid subscription, so during the free trial nobody can export the list.
- An individual account has no agents, so its Privacy page only has the screenshot setting.
