Send quotes and get paid by UPI
Create a quote on a lead, share the link on WhatsApp, and let the customer accept it and pay straight to your UPI ID — with the deal value and revenue updating as it happens.
- An owner or admin to add your business UPI ID in Settings → Payments — without it, quotes still work but have no pay button
- A lead you can see: agents quote their own leads, team leads their team’s

Set up payments once
Settings → Payments. Customers pay a quote straight to your UPI ID from the quote page; LumaKol never holds the money.
- UPI ID — your business UPI ID (name@bank). Leave it empty to hide the pay button
- Payee name — what customers see in their UPI app
- Default tax % — pre-filled on each new line, such as your GST rate; change it per line
- Quotes valid for (days) — after this, a quote shows as expired and can no longer be accepted
- Default terms and notes — shown at the bottom of every quote that has none of its own
- 2
Create a quote on the lead
Open the lead, then Quotes → New quote. Add a line for each item with quantity, price and tax %; a discount, as an amount, is taken off before tax; notes cover terms, delivery or anything the customer should know. Totals include tax and the discount. Each quote gets the next number in your workspace’s series for the year.
- 3
Share the link
“Send on WhatsApp” opens WhatsApp with a short message and the link filled in; “Copy link” puts it on your clipboard for anywhere else; “Open quote page” shows you what the customer will see. The first time the customer opens it, the quote is marked sent and viewed and its owner is told.

What the customer sees
A clean page with your items, totals and the validity date. They can accept or decline it, print it or save it as a PDF, and — if you set a UPI ID — pay the total (the pay button is offered on quotes in Indian rupees). On a phone, “Pay with UPI app” opens their UPI app with your UPI ID and the amount filled in; on a computer they scan a QR code with any UPI app. The owner is told when a quote is accepted or declined.

Mark it paid
The payment goes from the customer’s bank to yours, so LumaKol does not see it. When the money is in, open the quote on the lead and choose Mark as paid. You can also mark a quote sent, accepted or declined yourself — for a customer who agreed on the phone — or void it, which stops it being accepted or paid and cannot be undone. Every step lands on the lead’s timeline.

Deal value and revenue
An accepted or paid quote sets the lead’s deal value. Reports then shows the open pipeline (the deal value of open leads with an accepted quote), a forecast weighted by each stage’s chance to win, what was collected in the last 7 days, and how many quotes were accepted of those sent.

O que você tem no final
- Quotes with tax, discount and validity, numbered for your records
- A link the customer can accept and pay from, on a phone or a computer
- Deal value and collected revenue on Reports, without a spreadsheet
Perguntas frequentes
Does LumaKol take a fee or hold the money?+
No. The customer pays your UPI ID directly from their own UPI app. LumaKol only shows the quote and the pay button.
Can a customer pay by card?+
Not from the quote page — it offers UPI only. For other methods, take the payment as you normally do and mark the quote paid.
Is a quote a tax invoice?+
No. It is a quote. Issue the invoice from your accounting software once the deal is done.
