使い方
Each caller fills in one row at the end of the day. Connect rate and Result rate work themselves out.
The Total row adds up every row above it. Filter by Caller or Date to see one person or one week.
Read the rates over a week or more, not a single day: one day is too few calls to judge anyone.
Overdue follow-ups is the number to bring down first. A lead promised a call back and not called goes cold quickly.
In LumaKol the reports count dials, connected calls and talk time from the calls the Android app logs, so nobody has to count them by hand.

Googleスプレッドシートで使えますか？
はい。Googleスプレッドシートで「ファイル」→「インポート」を選び、Excelファイルをアップロードすれば、プルダウンリストと数式がそのまま使えます。CSVはどこでも開けますが、リストや数式はありません。
列やリストは変更できますか？
はい。列の名前を変えたり、独自の列を追加したり、非表示の「リスト」シートの値を編集してプルダウンの内容を変えたりできます。
後でLumaKolに移行できますか？
はい。Webアプリの「リード → インポート」は、見出し行のあるExcelとCSVのファイルを読み込み、列の対応付けができ、ワークスペースにすでにある番号はスキップします。
