What the extension does
It looks for phone numbers when you ask: click the LumaKol icon and choose Find numbers on this page, press Alt+Shift+L, or turn on Always on this site for the sites you work in, such as your mail or a lead portal. A small LumaKol call icon appears after each number it finds, written in your country’s format or with a + code. Dates, prices, order numbers and postal codes are left alone, and text boxes are never touched.
Clicking the icon sends the dial to your phone through LumaKol’s click-to-call, the same as the Call button on a lead in the web app. The LumaKol app dials from your work SIM, and when the call ends it is logged and matched to the lead like any other call. A number that is not one of your leads yet can be added as a lead from the page, with the source Browser extension, and called straight away.
Finds numbers when asked
Find numbers on this page, the Alt+Shift+L shortcut, right-click Call with LumaKol, or Always on for the sites you choose.
Your phone dials
The LumaKol app calls from your work SIM, and the call lands on the lead with its outcome and follow-up.
Add as lead
A number that is not a lead yet becomes one with the name you type, under your workspace’s usual rules, then it is called.
Dial box and recent dials
Type or paste a number in the extension’s window to dial it, and call again from your recent dials.
Paired without a password
Approve the browser in the app (More → Pair browser extension) or on the web (Settings → Browser extension).
Same rules as the web
Only callers can dial. Do not call, attempt limits, closed days and the wait after an unanswered call still apply.

How to start
A few minutes on a computer with Chrome or Edge, with the LumaKol app signed in on your phone.

Add it to Chrome
Open LumaKol – Click to call in the Chrome Web Store and choose Add to Chrome. Edge installs the same extension once you allow extensions from other stores. Pin it to the toolbar.

Pair with your account
Click the LumaKol icon. Scan its QR code from the app’s More → Pair browser extension, or type its 8-character code in Settings → Browser extension on the web. The code works for 10 minutes.

Find the numbers
On a page with phone numbers, choose Find numbers on this page or press Alt+Shift+L. For a number it missed, select it, right-click and choose Call with LumaKol.

Click to call
Click the call icon after a number. Your phone dials it from the work SIM, and a message on the page says whose number it is calling.

Good to know
- It runs on computers, in Chrome and Microsoft Edge. The call is made by the LumaKol app on your phone, so that phone has to be signed in to the same account and online.
- It dials numbers that belong to leads you can see. A number on a teammate’s lead is not dialed or added again; a number that is nobody’s lead can be added as yours.
- It sends LumaKol only the number you click, select or type, and the name when you add a lead. Page text is read inside your browser and never uploaded; page addresses and browsing history are never sent.
- A paired browser stays signed in until you sign it out, revoke it in Settings → Browser extension, change your password or leave the workspace. One left unused for 90 days stops working.

Is the extension free?
Yes, it is free in the Chrome Web Store. It works with a LumaKol account that calls leads, and LumaKol has a 14-day free trial, then paid plans from ₹399$9 per calling seat per month.
Does it work in Microsoft Edge?
Yes. Edge installs the same extension from the Chrome Web Store once you allow extensions from other stores.
Do I need the LumaKol app on my phone?
Yes. The extension does not call from the computer. It sends the dial to the LumaKol app on your phone, which calls from your work SIM. If no phone is signed in to your account, the extension says so.
What does it read on a page?
Only the pages you ask it to look at: after Find numbers on this page, the shortcut or Call with LumaKol, and on sites you set to Always on. It never reads what you type into forms.
Who can dial from the browser?
Members who call leads: agents, team leads, owners and admins who call from their phone, and individual accounts. Anyone else, a viewer for example, is told that only callers can dial.
What happens outside calling hours?
The call still goes through, because clicking a number is your own choice, and it is flagged as outside hours. Do not call, attempt limits and closed days still stop a dial, with the reason on screen.
