See your follow-ups in Google, Apple or Outlook Calendar

One private link puts every promised callback into the calendar you already keep open, with the number, the stage and the last outcome on it.

  • A calendar you actually use: Google, Apple or Outlook
  • Follow-up dates being set after calls — an empty calendar usually means nobody is booking them
  • The mobile app installed, because it is the app that tells you a call is due now

  1. 1

    Turn the feed on

Settings → Integrations → Follow-ups in your calendar → Create my link. The Integrations tab is shown to owners and admins. The feed belongs to the person who creates it, not to the workspace: each link is personal, and nobody else’s follow-ups appear in it unless you choose the team scope below.

  2. 2

    Copy the private link

The link is long and unguessable and ends in .ics. Anyone holding it can read those follow-ups without signing in, so it belongs in your calendar app and nowhere else — not in a group chat, not in a shared document. The panel tells you when your calendar last read it and how many times, which is how you confirm a subscription is actually working.

  3. 3

    Subscribe in your calendar app

Paste the same link into whichever one you use. There is nothing to install and nothing for an administrator to approve first; add it once in the account you use and it follows you to the phone signed in to that account.

    • Google Calendar — Other calendars → From URL → paste the link
    • Apple Calendar — File → New Calendar Subscription → paste the link
    • Outlook — Add calendar → Subscribe from web → paste the link
  4. 4

    Personal or team

“What to include” has two settings: only the follow-ups assigned to you, or everyone you can see. The second appears only if your role is allowed to see other people’s leads — an agent’s feed is always their own, whatever is asked for, so a calendar link can never widen what someone is permitted to read. Changing the setting updates the calendar you have already subscribed to; there is no need to re-subscribe.

Do you need other people’s follow-ups in your calendar?
    Everyone I can see
team leads and above; the owner’s name is on each entry
    Only follow-ups assigned to me
the default, and what an agent always gets
The feed follows the same visibility rules as the app
  5. 5

    What each entry contains

The title is “Call” and the lead’s name, with the owner’s name after it on a team feed. The number sits in the location field, and the description carries the phone, company, stage, last outcome, how many attempts there have been, and a link straight to the lead in LumaKol. Each entry is half an hour with a reminder ten minutes before. Move the follow-up in the app and the entry moves with it instead of a second one appearing. The feed reaches back a fortnight and forward three months, so overdue callbacks stay visible.

  6. 6

How fresh it is — the part worth knowing

This is a subscription, which means your calendar decides when to re-read it. Apple and Outlook check every few minutes. Google decides for itself and can take several hours, and there is nothing we can do to hurry it. So treat the calendar as the plan for your day — what is coming and in what order — and let the app’s push notification be the thing that tells you a call is due now. A follow-up you set this morning may not show in Google Calendar until the afternoon.

    1. Follow-up saved
on the call, in the app
    2. In your feed
      immediately
    3. Calendar re-reads
minutes on Apple and Outlook, hours on Google
    4. Push says it is due
      on time, from the app
The calendar is the plan; the push notification is the reminder
  7. 7

If the link gets out, make a new one

New link replaces it at once and the old one stops working straight away, so anywhere you subscribed will need the new one adding. Do this the moment you think somebody else has your link — it is faster than worrying about where it went.

  8. 8

    Stopping the feed

Stop sharing kills the link and the entries disappear from every calendar you added it to. Your follow-ups themselves are untouched: they are still on the leads, still in the queue and still on the live board. You can create a new link later and start again.

完了するとできること

  • Tomorrow’s callbacks visible in the calendar you already open
  • The number, the stage and the last outcome on every entry
  • A link only you hold, which you can replace or stop at any time

よくある質問

Can I add a follow-up by creating an entry in my calendar?+

No. The feed runs one way, from LumaKol to your calendar, and follow-ups are set in LumaKol, which keeps the queue and the reports right. A two-way sync with Google Calendar and Outlook, where moving the event moves the follow-up, is built and is coming once Google and Microsoft approve it.

I subscribed and nothing appeared.+

Give it a few minutes — the panel says “not read yet” until your calendar fetches it for the first time. If it has been read and is still empty, you probably have no leads with a follow-up date in the next three months.

Does my manager get my link?+

No. The link appears only in your own settings. It does give whoever holds it read access to those follow-ups, which is exactly why it should go into your calendar app and nowhere else.

Why not connect Google directly?+

A subscribe-by-link feed covers Google, Apple and Outlook with one link and nothing for anyone to set up. The cost is Google’s refresh delay, which is why the app keeps doing the reminding.
