Set monthly sales targets and read the month-end forecast
Give each caller a monthly goal for calls, connected calls, deals won and revenue. Everyone sees whether they are ahead or behind as the month runs, and Reports adds what revenue the month is likely to close at.
- Owner or admin access — Targets sits in the sidebar’s Team group on company workspaces
- Agents or team leads to set targets for
- For revenue: deal values on your leads (an accepted quote sets one) and a chance to win on each pipeline stage

Open Targets and pick the month
Targets in the sidebar opens Sales targets. Choose the month at the top — a month is one calendar month in your workspace time zone. You can plan up to three months ahead, and correct targets for past months; their actual numbers stay as they were recorded.

Set the four numbers for each caller
Every active agent and team lead has a row. Fill in only the metrics you care about — a blank box means no target for that metric. Save targets when you are done.
- Calls — calls to make in the month, answered or not
- Connected calls — calls that get answered
- Deals won — leads moved into a won stage during the month (credited to the lead’s owner)
- Revenue — the deal value of those won leads, in your workspace currency
Tip: Start next month with Copy last month: every caller gets the targets they had last month, replacing anything already set for the new month. Adjust the few that change and save. - 3
How “on track” is worked out
The month is measured in plain elapsed time. If ten days of a thirty-day month have gone, a steady pace means a third of each target done. Each bar has a tick at that point.
- Ahead — at or past the steady pace, or the target already reached
- On track — within 10% of the steady pace
- Behind — more than 10% short
- When the month is over the result becomes Hit or Missed

Read progress on Reports
Reports → Targets shows Team progress (everyone’s targets added together), the month-end forecast, then a card per caller with each metric’s bar and status. It also counts callers who have no targets this month. Team leads see themselves and their teams, read-only; owners and admins can jump to Set targets from here.

The month-end forecast
For the current month, the forecast adds the revenue already won this month to the weighted pipeline — the deal value of every open lead multiplied by its stage’s chance to win — and compares the total with the revenue target.
- Won so far — deal value of leads won this month
- Weighted pipeline — open deals × stage probability, set on each stage under Setup → Pipeline
- Expected by month-end — the two added together, shown as a share of the revenue target
Tip: If the forecast looks too rosy, check the chance-to-win on your later stages first. It is the number that drives the weighted pipeline.- Won so farthis month

- Expected by month-endagainst the revenue target
The weighted pipeline counts all open deals, not only those due to close this month - 6
What callers see
Agents and team leads with targets get a “My targets this month” card on their home page in the web app, with the same bars and statuses. It stays hidden until they have a target. The Android app shows the same card on Home, and managers see a “Team targets” card there. The iPhone app does not show targets yet.
Wat je aan het eind hebt
- A monthly goal per caller for the numbers that matter to you
- Ahead, on track or behind visible to the caller and the manager every day
- A month-end revenue forecast built from real deal values and stage probabilities
Veelgestelde vragen
Which plans include targets?+
Every company plan, including the free trial. Individual accounts do not have the Targets page, because there is no team to set goals for.
Do targets allow for weekends and holidays?+
No. Pacing uses the share of the calendar month that has passed. If your team does not call on Sundays, expect to look a little behind on Saturday night and catch up during the week.
Who gets the credit for a won deal?+
The lead’s owner. If the lead has no owner, the person who moved it into the won stage.
Can team leads set targets for their team?+
No. Owners and admins set targets; team leads see their teams’ progress on Reports.
