Sessions, data export and account deletion

Sign out other devices, export what your role allows, and delete an account — from the app or by request — with what happens to the data spelled out.

    Active sessions

    Settings → Profile & security lists the devices most recently signed in to your account, with when each signed in and was last active. Sign out any of them. Changing your password signs out every other session. Owners and admins also get Settings → Security log: the latest 20 sign-in attempts across the workspace (the download includes the latest 100) and a record of sensitive changes such as exports, role and password changes, lead sources, automations and support access.

    Exports

    Downloading leads as CSV needs a paid subscription and a role ticked under Settings → Privacy → Roles that can export leads (owners and admins by default; team leads can be added). Every leads export is recorded in the security log. Managers can also download the reports and the attendance report they can see as CSV.

    Delete your account from the app

    More → Legal & account → Delete my account, in the Android or iPhone app. Pick a reason, then confirm with your password (on Android, someone who signs in with Google confirms with Google). Your sign-in stops working on every device, your name, email, number and date of birth are erased, and a deletion record is kept for compliance. Calls, leads and notes stay with your organisation, because they belong to it. Voice memos stay in your own Google Drive.

    Owners

    An owner cannot delete their account while anyone else in the workspace is still active — deactivate the other members first. An owner who is the only active member closes the whole workspace: leads, calls, recordings, keys and settings are erased at once, and the subscription ends. This cannot be undone, so download what you need first.

    Requests by email

    Access, correction and deletion requests can also be sent to the privacy address on the Contact page. Every request is answered by a person within one business day.
