Power Dialer: call a whole list from your phone
Switch it on, start a session, tag answered calls in one tap and let missed calls tag themselves, then review it all on the web.

Step by step
After this video you can call a whole list from your phone with Power Dialer: one call after another from your own SIM, missed calls tagged for you, and answered calls tagged in one tap.
- 1
Open Power Dialer
Tap the Power Dialer card on Home. The first time, a short guide explains how a session works; tap Set up my session at the end, or Skip the guide.
- 2
Pick a list
Choose All my leads or one of your lists; finished lists are hidden. Leads come in the queue’s order, highest score first, and anyone called in the last two hours comes last.
- 3
Set the gap and start
Set the gap between calls: after each hang-up the app counts down this many seconds, from 3 to 60, before it dials the next lead. Switch on Ring missed leads again once for a second try at anyone who does not answer, fix anything under Before you start, then tap Start session.
- 4
Talk, then tap an outcome
Each call goes out from your work SIM. After an answered call, quick outcome tags appear above the next countdown, and one tap saves the outcome. The same card takes a note and has WhatsApp and SMS buttons.
- 5
Let missed calls tag themselves
A call that does not connect is tagged No answer or Busy automatically, and the countdown to the next lead starts. With Ring missed leads again once on, that lead is rung one more time later, never straight after its own call.
- 6
Pause, skip or end
Pause, Skip lead and End session work at any time. A lead marked Do not call, at the attempt limit or still inside the wait between attempts is skipped, and the screen says why.
- 7
Read your summary
At the end you see the session’s duration, calls, connected calls, connect rate, talk time, calls per hour and the outcomes. Tag now in Calls takes you to any answered call still waiting for an outcome.
- 8
Review it all on the web
Every session call carries a Power Dialer tag. On the web Calls page, the Mode filter shows Power Dialer calls, the status filter finds calls that still need an outcome, and you can set it right in the call’s row.
Tips
- The countdown waits at least 10 seconds after an answered call and holds while you type a note, so you never have to rush.
- On an individual account you are owner and caller, so your sessions show in your own Calling sessions report.

The written guide covers the same screens, with every setting explained, so you can follow along at your own pace.
