Import leads and assign them

Upload the sheet your team already uses, map its columns, skip duplicates and invalid numbers, and deal the leads out to agents.

    Choose the file

    Leads → Import. Drop a .xlsx, .xls, .csv or .tsv file up to 50,000 rows. The first row must be column headings. Rows detected are shown before anything is saved.

    Match the columns

    LumaKol matches common headings automatically. Confirm which column is the mobile number (required), name and email; map extras to lead fields such as company, city, source or stage; turn any other column into a new custom field — or skip it.

    نصيحة: Numbers without a country code are read using your organisation’s country. Mixed international lists should include the + prefix.

    Assign and label

    Decide later (leads stay unassigned), one person, or split evenly across the people you tick. Give the sheet a source label such as “Expo walk-ins Sep” — it becomes the lead source you will see in reports.

    Review what was skipped

    Duplicates (same number already in the workspace) and rejected rows (invalid numbers, unknown stages or owners) are counted and listed. Fix the sheet and re-import only the rejected rows if needed.

    Track the list afterwards

    Leads → Lists shows every upload with how many leads it still holds, who they sit with, and open / won / overdue counts. Reassign a whole sheet or remove a wrong upload in one step.

    Add single leads and hand them out

    Leads → Add lead for walk-ins and referrals. Use the filters (stage, owner, follow-up) and bulk Assign on the Leads page whenever workloads need balancing.
