Lead scores: call the best leads first
Every open lead gets a score from 0 to 100 with the reasons beside it, so your queue and your lists put the leads most worth a call right now at the top.

What the score means
The score is a plain points system, not a guess: it says how worth a call a lead is right now, and the reasons are shown beside it as chips, with a Hot, Warm or Cold label. It is recalculated whenever something happens on the lead — a call, an outcome, a follow-up change, a repeat enquiry — and refreshed regularly so time-based points fade on their own. Won and lost leads score 0, because there is nothing to call about.
- Raise it: New, not called yet (strongest in the first 48 hours) · Follow-up overdue · Follow-up due soon · Answered recently · Asked again · Late stage
- Lower it: Several unanswered calls in a row · Called in the last 2 hours, so a number is not called again and again

The queue serves the highest score first
Start calling hands you the open lead with the highest score, then the soonest follow-up, then the fewest attempts — still only leads in open stages that are under the attempt limit. A lead you just called drops down for a couple of hours by itself, so the queue moves on instead of offering it again.

Best to call now
On the web, your home page has a “Best to call now” card: your own leads ranked by score, each with its reasons. “See all” opens the leads list in that order.

Sort any list by score
On the web, Leads → Order → Best to call first. In the Android and iPhone apps, switch on “Best to call first” on the Leads tab. Both sort by score, then by the next follow-up — useful when you have a few minutes between visits and want the call most likely to matter.

Read the reasons, not just the number
Two leads on 70 can need very different calls. “Follow-up overdue” is a promise you are late for — open with an apology. “New, not called yet” is a fresh enquiry — be quick and confirm what they asked for. “Asked again” means they came back on their own — they are still shopping, so do not lose them twice.

Câu hỏi thường gặp
Is the score worked out by AI?+
No. It adds and subtracts fixed points for things that happened on the lead — a fresh enquiry, an overdue follow-up, recent answered calls, a run of unanswered ones — which is why every score can show its reasons.
Can we change how the score is calculated?+
The points are the same for every workspace. The part you control is each pipeline stage’s chance to win: leads in stages you rate highly score a little higher.
Why did a lead’s score drop straight after I called it?+
A call in the last two hours lowers the score on purpose, so the same number is not dialled again at once. It recovers on its own, and a follow-up falling due raises it again.
