Add an email source
In LumaKol, go to Integrations → Lead sources, choose Add source, then Email forwarding, and name it 99acres. Copy its private forwarding address.

Confirm forwarding in Gmail
In Gmail Settings → Forwarding and POP/IMAP, add the address. The confirmation code shows on the LumaKol source within a minute; enter it in Gmail.

Filter 99acres emails
Create a filter with 99acres’ sender address in From and Forward it to your LumaKol address, so only 99acres lead emails go there. Outlook rules work the same way.

Pick the brokers and test
Choose one broker or share enquiries in turn, set the starting stage and tags such as resale or rental, then forward one 99acres lead email and check it under the source’s Activity.

LumaKol reads the email’s text, and a table in the email is read row by row, so a label and its value can sit in neighbouring cells. Anything else in the email is left out.
After the lead arrives
Ten-digit mobile numbers from 99acres are saved with +91, so a buyer who enquires on two portals, or has called you before, matches the lead you already have and the new enquiry becomes a note on it. An email with no phone number in it is not added and shows under Activity as Not added, so you can see exactly what arrived.
Common 99acres problems, and the fix
Gmail’s confirmation code never appears
The code shows on the LumaKol source within a minute of adding the address in Gmail; press Check again to refresh. If it still has not come, check the address you pasted in Gmail is exactly the one on the source. The code is shown even while the source is paused.
A 99acres email shows as Not added
The reason is listed next to it in Activity. “No valid phone number” means the email itself did not contain the buyer’s number, so there was nothing to call. Open that email in your mailbox to see what 99acres sent.
The campaign says gmail.com instead of 99acres
That happens when an email is forwarded by hand and the forward drops 99acres’ original sender line. Let the Gmail filter or Outlook rule do the forwarding: it keeps 99acres as the sender, so the lead is named correctly.
99acres newsletters reach LumaKol too
A filter on the sender address alone also catches 99acres’ other mail. Add words that only lead emails carry in their subject to the same filter. Mail without a phone number never becomes a lead, but a tight filter keeps Activity readable.

Is this an official 99acres integration?+
No. LumaKol has no partnership or API connection with 99acres. It reads the lead emails 99acres sends you, after your mailbox forwards them to your LumaKol address.
My workspace is set to another country. Are 99acres numbers still right?+
Yes. Ten-digit mobile numbers in emails from 99acres (also with a leading 0) are saved as Indian +91 numbers whatever your workspace’s country, so they dial correctly and match buyers you already have.
Where do I find all my 99acres leads in LumaKol?+
Each source keeps its leads in a list named after it, so on the Leads page choose that list, for example 99acres. Every lead also carries 99acres as its campaign, and the source’s Activity lists the latest 50 emails it received.
Can I connect MagicBricks and Housing.com the same way?+
Yes. Add one email source per portal, or forward several portals to one address; the portal’s name is saved as each lead’s campaign either way.
