Read your dashboard like a manager
What every number on the dashboard means, and which ones matter on a Monday morning.

Step by step
After this video you can open the dashboard and know which numbers to act on first: the calling work of the period, the pipeline, and the people who need a word today.
- 1
Pick the window
Dashboard is the first item in the sidebar. Pick the window at the top: Today, 7, 15 or 30 days, 3 months, or your own dates. Every number on the page follows it and is compared with the window before, so a rise or a drop shows without opening a report.
- 2
Read the calling row first
The first row is the calling work: calls from the phones, talk time, outcomes logged and deals won. These come from the calls the LumaKol app captures on each work SIM and the outcomes callers save after them, not from anything typed in for the dashboard.
- 3
Then the pipeline and the team
The second row shows new leads, follow-ups overdue, who has checked in today and leads still waiting for an owner. Overdue follow-ups are promises at risk, and an unassigned lead is an enquiry nobody will call until someone owns it.
- 4
Compare calls with outcomes
If outcomes logged sit far below calls, callers are skipping the outcome after their calls. A call counts as connected only when its saved outcome agrees, so an answering machine saved as No answer does not count as a conversation, and talk time adds up connected calls only.
- 5
Work down the charts
Below the tiles come the activity chart, the team score, who is available right now, the calls due today, the outcome mix, where new leads came from, the funnel with the leaderboard, and the latest activity.
- 6
Know what each person sees
Agents and team leads see the same layout for their own or their team’s work, so the numbers you talk about are the ones they already see. In the LumaKol app, Home shows the same calls chart for the last seven days.
- 7
Open the report behind a number
When a number needs explaining, go to Reports. Pipeline funnel shows how many leads sit in each stage, By agent lists open, won, overdue and due-today leads per person, and Coaching shows when customers answer and who needs help.
- 8
Make it a Monday routine
Set the window to 7 days and work down the page: overdue follow-ups, unassigned leads, calls against outcomes, then the funnel. Each one points at a person or a list you can deal with the same morning.
Tips
- Call numbers stay empty until the LumaKol app is installed on the calling phones and their calls sync.
- On an individual account there is no team to compare, so Reports opens on your own report for the window you pick.
