Plans, seats and billing

The trial

Every workspace starts with a 14-day free trial, no card needed — every workspace trials the Growth plan, individual accounts included. During the trial you can have up to 3 callers, keep up to 500 leads and 5 custom fields, and use every lead source; downloading leads as CSV unlocks once you subscribe. Billing shows the day the trial ends.

If the trial ends without a plan

The workspace becomes read-only: everyone can still look, nobody can change anything. Fifteen days later it pauses and only Billing opens. Choose a plan at any point and everything is exactly as you left it. A workspace that stays paused for 90 days is deleted.

Who uses a seat

Agents and team leads use seats. Owners, admins, billing admins and viewers are free — up to three of them per workspace, and the owner counts as one. An invitation reserves a seat until it is accepted, revoked or expires after 7 days. On an individual account the owner is the one caller and uses the one seat.

Choose a plan and subscribe

Billing → Choose a plan. Pick monthly or annual billing and the number of seats; each plan shows its minimum. Fill in Tax & invoice details first — legal name, address and, in India, your state and GSTIN — then pay in the secure Razorpay checkout by card, UPI or net banking. Prices are in rupees for workspaces in India and in US dollars everywhere else, fixed by the country you signed up in. Enterprise volumes, SSO and dedicated onboarding go through sales.

Invoices

A renewal is issued as a proforma first; it becomes a numbered tax invoice the moment it is paid and is emailed to you. Indian GST is added for customers in India; customers abroad are invoiced as an export of services. You get a renewal notice a week before each period ends.

Changing plan or seats

Billing → Change plan or seats. A change starts a new period from today at the new plan and seat count, and takes effect once it is paid. Time left on the current period is not credited, so the best moment to change is near a renewal. During the trial the 3-caller limit cannot be raised — subscribe to add more.

Pause or cancel

The owner or billing admin does both from Billing on the web; the phone apps show the state and send you to the web.

• Pause subscription — 1, 2 or 3 months, starting when the paid period ends. The workspace is locked while paused, your data is kept, and Resume now starts a new paid period from today
• Cancel subscription — stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the period you paid for; Keep my subscription undoes it until then. After that the workspace is read-only for 90 days and then deleted
• An unpaid renewal keeps full access for 15 days, then the workspace pauses until it is paid
• All payments are final: there are no refunds, which is why cancelling never cuts your paid period short
