    What you get at sign-up

The Industry you choose when you sign up decides your starting stages and call outcomes. Custom fields and scripts are not added at sign-up; they come with a template you apply yourself. You can change the industry later in Settings โ†’ Organization, which changes the template marked as recommended but does not alter your pipeline.

  2. 2

    Open the templates

Setup โ†’ Pipeline โ†’ Start from a template. Each template shows how many stages, outcomes, fields and scripts it holds, and the one for your industry is marked โ€œRecommended for your industryโ€. Templates are maintained by LumaKol, and the list grows as more are published.

    • Finance & lending โ€” loan pipeline: enquiry to eligibility, documents, sanction and disbursal, with loan type, amount, income and employment fields
    • Healthcare โ€” patient enquiries: enquiry to appointment, visit and treatment, with department, preferred doctor and appointment date
    • Automotive โ€” dealership sales: enquiry to test drive, quote and finance, and booking, with model, budget, exchange car and purchase timing
    • Travel & hospitality โ€” trip bookings: enquiry to itinerary, quote, negotiation and booking, with destination, dates, travellers and budget
    • IT services & B2B โ€” deal pipeline: discovery call, demo, proposal and negotiation, with company size, service of interest, deal size and decision date
    • E-commerce & retail โ€” order follow-up: contact, interest, payment link and order, with product, order value and where the lead came from
  3. 3

    Choose what to bring in

Four switches decide which parts of the template are applied: Pipeline stages, Call outcomes, Custom fields and Call scripts. Leave a part off if you have already shaped it the way you like. Then press Use this and confirm with Apply template.

    What applying changes

Applying a template adds; it never removes. Your leads stay where they are, so you can apply one on a busy workspace.

    • Stages with the same key are updated to the templateโ€™s name, colour, chance to win and order; new stages are added; your other stages stay, after the templateโ€™s
    • Outcomes, custom fields and scripts are added only when they do not exist yet โ€” your own are left exactly as they are

    Added
your other stages stay, after the templateโ€™s
Nothing of yours is deleted, so leads keep their stage

    Switching to another template

Apply a different template at any time and it is layered on top of what you have. Then tidy up on the Pipeline and Call outcomes pages: rename, reorder or remove the stages and outcomes you do not need. A stage that still holds leads keeps them until you move them.

ื˜ื™ืค: After applying, read through Setup โ†’ Call outcomes and set the follow-up delay on each one โ€” that is what makes the app book the next call by itself.

Can I have more than one pipeline?+

No. Each workspace has one pipeline. Use sources and tags to tell different kinds of leads apart within it.

My industry has no template.+

Start from the one closest to your sales process, or build your own stages under Setup โ†’ Pipeline. The guide โ€œSet up your pipeline, call outcomes and fieldsโ€ walks through it.
