Who it’s for
Teams that run their pipeline in Pipedrive but phone people from mobiles. Callers work through the LumaKol queue on their own SIM, and each call still lands in Pipedrive as an activity, so the person’s history and your activity reports are complete.

How to connect it

Copy your Pipedrive API token
In Pipedrive, open Settings → Personal preferences → API and copy your personal API token.

Connect it in LumaKol
As an owner or admin, open Integrations → CRM sync, press Connect on Pipedrive and paste the token. There is no marketplace app to install and nothing for Pipedrive to approve.

Choose who gets the leads
Give new persons to one person or share them in turn, pick the stage they start in and add any tags, as with your other lead sources.

Call, and Pipedrive fills in
New persons reach the caller’s queue within a few minutes. Each call the Android app logs from the caller’s SIM is added to the person as a done call activity.

Only persons created after you connect are brought in. A person with no phone number is skipped, because every LumaKol lead needs one. Who gets the lead, its starting stage and its tags come from the connection’s settings. Each new lead then runs your “A new lead arrives” automation rules and is sent to your lead.created webhooks, like a lead from any other source; a person matched to an existing lead does neither.
What goes back to Pipedrive
Every call made in LumaKol after you connect, to a lead that came from Pipedrive or was matched to a Pipedrive person, is added to that person as a done activity of the type Call: the outcome, the duration, the time, whether it was outgoing or incoming, the caller’s name and the call note. It is added once the outcome is saved; a call still without one after 30 minutes is added as No outcome saved. The Android app logs these calls from the caller’s own SIM by itself, so the activity reflects the real call.
Common Pipedrive problems, and the fix
My existing Pipedrive persons did not come in
Only persons created after you connect are brought in. To call older ones, export them from Pipedrive and add them under Leads → Import. Leads added that way are not linked to Pipedrive, so their calls stay in LumaKol.
A new person never reached a caller
Check that the person has a phone number: persons without one are skipped. If the number already belongs to a lead, no second lead is made; the existing lead is linked to the person instead.
The connection stopped working
A personal API token stops working when it is regenerated or its user is deactivated. Copy the current token from Personal preferences → API and reconnect under Integrations → CRM sync.
A call is missing from the person
Only calls LumaKol has logged since you connected are written back, once the outcome is saved or 30 minutes after the call. Check that the Android app is logging calls on that caller’s phone; a call made from a phone without LumaKol never reaches it.
Questions about Pipedrive
Does it import my existing Pipedrive persons?+
No. Only persons created after you connect become leads; existing records are not back-filled. You can import older persons from a spreadsheet to call them, but those leads are not linked to Pipedrive.
Does it bring in deals or items from the Leads Inbox?+
No. It brings in new persons only; a person’s organization is read just for its name and city. Deals and Leads Inbox items are not read, and deal stages are never changed.
Will LumaKol change or overwrite anything in Pipedrive?+
No. It only adds done call activities to persons. It does not edit, merge or delete persons or any other Pipedrive record.
What about Pipedrive’s own Caller?+
LumaKol does not use it. Callers ring from their own SIM on Android, LumaKol logs the call, and Pipedrive receives the activity. These calls use the caller’s mobile plan, not calling credit in Pipedrive.
