Add JustDial as a lead source
In LumaKol, go to Integrations → Lead sources, choose Add source, then JustDial.

Send the URL to JustDial
Copy the webhook URL and send it to your JustDial account manager, asking them to push your leads to it. There is no setting to change in a JustDial panel.

Pick who calls JustDial leads
Local enquiries go cold quickly. Give them to one person who is free to call, or share them in turn, and choose the starting stage and tags.

Watch the first leads arrive
Every delivery appears in the source’s activity log as New lead, Repeat or Not added.

JustDial can send the lead as a query string, as form fields or as JSON. LumaKol reads all three, and key names are matched whatever their capital letters.
After the lead arrives
When someone who is already a lead enquires again, LumaKol adds the enquiry to the existing lead as a note and moves it up the queue, so there is no duplicate. Keep the URL private: anyone who has it can send leads to your workspace, and Change URL gives you a new one.
Common JustDial problems, and the fix
Nothing arrives after sending the URL
Lead push is switched on by JustDial, not by LumaKol, and the source says Nothing received yet until the first push lands. Ask your account manager to confirm the URL was added exactly as copied.
Leads stopped after Change URL
Change URL ends the old address at once. Send the new one to your JustDial account manager and ask them to update the push.
A JustDial lead is Not added
Activity shows why. Usually the push had no valid mobile number, or the workspace had reached its plan’s lead limit.
The same person enquires under two categories
They stay one lead. The second enquiry is matched by phone and added as a note that includes its category, so the caller sees both.

How fast do JustDial leads arrive?+
As fast as JustDial sends them. Each enquiry is added the moment it reaches your URL.
What if the same enquiry is sent twice?+
A delivery that is sent again is added only once, and a new enquiry from a number you already have becomes a note on that lead.
Is the webhook URL secret?+
Yes. It is unique to your workspace and is the only thing needed to send leads, so share it only with JustDial. If it leaks, Change URL replaces it.
What happens to pushes while the source is paused?+
They are turned away and not saved, so no leads are created while the source is paused. Resume it to receive leads again.
