Who it suits in Australia
Real estate agents
Agents call buyer enquiries, appraisal requests and past clients from their own mobiles between inspections. Each call lands on the lead with its outcome, the next callback is booked as a follow-up, and the principal can see who has followed up and who has not.
Solar and home services teams
Teams call ad and website enquiries while they are fresh. On the Growth plan and above, Google Ads lead forms, website forms and webhooks put new leads straight into the calling queue, which serves the best lead first.
Mortgage and finance brokers
Brokers call enquiries and follow applications through from their own phones. Stages you set up track each application, every call and note stays on the client’s timeline, and reminders reach each broker in their own time zone.
How a working day runs
The same four steps for every agent, every day.
- 1
Leads arrive
Import your list from Excel or add leads by hand. On the Growth plan and above, Google Ads lead forms, form tools and webhooks bring new enquiries in on their own, and Facebook lead ads can follow through Make or Pabbly Connect.
- 2
Agents call from their own number
The agent taps a lead or works the calling queue. Before it dials, the app checks your calling hours, holidays, the do-not-call block and the attempt limit, then the call goes out from the SIM in their phone, so the lead sees a normal Australian mobile number.
- 3
One tap after each call
When the call ends, the app asks what happened. The outcome moves the lead’s stage and sets the next follow-up, with a reminder in the agent’s time zone.
- 4
Managers see it on the web
The web dashboard shows calls, outcomes, follow-ups due and missed, and a live board of who is calling, on a break or idle.
Set up for Australia
What changes when your team sells from Australia, and what stays the same.
Prices in US dollars
Workspaces outside India pay per seat a month in US dollars, with no setup fee and no per-minute charges.
33 languages in the app
The LumaKol app ships in 33 languages, including English, Simplified Chinese, Vietnamese, Arabic and Hindi, and each person picks their own. The web dashboard is in English.
Time zones across the country
Each person picks their own time zone, so follow-ups, reminders and reports show local time for an agent in Perth and a manager in Sydney.
Calling hours and holidays
Set calling hours and calling days once for the workspace. The app warns before a call outside those hours and flags it in reports. Public holidays you add are closed for calling unless you open them, and follow-ups that fall on one move to the next working day.
+61 numbers handled
A number typed with +61, with 0061 or 0011 61, or in local format starting with 0 resolves to the same lead, so imports and captured calls do not create duplicates.
What LumaKol does not do
Worth knowing before you start a trial.
- No cloud telephony, IVR or virtual numbers. Calls go out from each agent’s own SIM.
- No Do Not Call Register washing. LumaKol does not tell you whether a number is registered.
- One calling window for every calling day. To stay within the 5 pm Saturday limit for telemarketing calls, end calling at 5 pm or leave Saturday out of your calling days.
- SMS and WhatsApp messages open on the agent’s phone with the text filled in, and the agent sends them. LumaKol does not add an unsubscribe option to them.
Calling rules in Australia
The Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) enforces the Do Not Call Register Act 2006, the Telecommunications (Telemarketing and Research Calls) Industry Standard 2017 and the Spam Act 2003. Telemarketing calls may be made from 9 am to 8 pm on weekdays and 9 am to 5 pm on Saturdays, and not on Sundays or national public holidays, unless the person has agreed to a call at that time. Numbers on the Do Not Call Register may not be called without consent, and a list washed against the register can be used for 30 days. Your caller ID must be on, and marketing SMS and emails need consent and a way to unsubscribe. Read the official sources and take legal advice before you start a campaign.

What helps in LumaKol
Calling hours and days checked before every dial, a maximum number of attempts per lead, retry delays, a permanent “Requested no contact” outcome that takes a lead out of the queue, number masking for agents and an audit log.
UyumlulukPer-seat prices in US dollars
Per seat a month, billed monthly. Calls use each agent’s own SIM, so there are no per-minute charges.
- Starter$9
- Growth$19
- Business$29
About 20% less when billed yearly. Owners, admins and viewers are free up to three per workspace. Billed in US dollars with no Indian GST; prices exclude any local taxes.

Does LumaKol work on an iPhone?+
Yes. LumaKol has an Android app and an iPhone app. Calls go out from the agent’s own SIM on either, and both work the same leads, follow-ups and templates in one workspace. Android logs every call on the work SIM with its exact duration; on iPhone, calls started from LumaKol are logged with an approximate duration measured by the app.
Does LumaKol wash our lists against the Do Not Call Register?+
No. LumaKol does not check the Do Not Call Register. Wash your lists before you import them; a washed list can be used for 30 days. Inside LumaKol, a “Requested no contact” outcome or a Do not call mark stops the apps dialling that lead.
Can LumaKol keep calls inside the permitted calling times?+
Partly. Set calling hours and days in Settings → Calling policy and add national public holidays to your holiday list. Before each dial the app checks the hours against the agent’s phone clock, asks the agent to confirm a call outside them and flags it in reports, and it does not dial on a closed holiday. There is one window for every calling day, so for Saturdays end calling at 5 pm or leave Saturday out.
Can we send SMS follow-ups?+
Message templates open on the agent’s phone in SMS or WhatsApp with the text filled in, and the agent sends them. Under the Spam Act, marketing messages need consent, must say who sent them and must offer a way to unsubscribe, so put your business name and an opt-out line in the template.
Does LumaKol work with HubSpot, Pipedrive or Zoho CRM?+
Yes, on the Growth plan and above and in the free trial. Records created in the CRM after you connect it become LumaKol leads within about five minutes, matched by phone number, and every call on a linked lead is written back to the CRM record with its outcome, duration and note. Older CRM records are not imported.
