Best telecalling CRMs in 2026: an honest buyer’s list

Nine telecalling CRMs and call trackers compared from their own public pages: how calls are made, published starting prices, trials, limits and which team each one suits.

Most “best CRM” lists are written by one of the vendors on the list, and this one is too: LumaKol is ours. So here is how it was put together. Every fact about another product comes from that company’s own website, read on 18 October 2026, and each section links the page it came from. Where a price is not published, it says so. LumaKol is described with the same rules, including what it does not do.

The products are listed in alphabetical order. This is not a ranking. A telecalling team in a Pune real estate office, a solo insurance advisor and a 200-seat lending desk need different things, so each entry ends with who it suits best.

First decide how your team will call

Telecalling CRMs place calls in one of two ways, and the choice shapes cost, setup and what the customer sees.

  • SIM-based: agents ring leads from the SIM in their own phone. The lead sees a normal mobile number, calls use the SIM’s plan, and an Android app logs each call. Nothing to buy beyond the software, but the number belongs to the agent’s SIM and iPhones limit what an app can log.
  • Cloud telephony: calls run through a provider’s virtual numbers, usually from a browser or an app over the internet. You get IVR, call routing and recordings on the provider’s side, and you pay per minute or per number on top of the CRM.

Some products below do one, some do both, and two of them are call trackers rather than full CRMs. If you are not sure which way suits you, our page on cloud telephony or your own SIM goes through the trade-offs.

Callyzer

Callyzer started as a call monitoring tool and added lead management on top. Its Android app, Callyzer Biz, runs on employees’ phones and sends their calling data to a dashboard, with daily reports by email.

  • How calling works: from each employee’s own SIM; the app tracks incoming, outgoing, missed and rejected calls. Its site says it is available for Android and links only to Google Play.
  • Standout features: detailed call reports (best time to call, working hours, never-attended calls), recording sync, and a Basic + Lead plan with lead lists, custom lead fields and lead distribution.
  • Published price: Basic ₹175 or $7 per phone number a month; Basic + Lead ₹275 or $12; lower when billed yearly. Add-ons are extra, for example recording storage at ₹500 or $15 per 5 GB a month, IndiaMART at ₹500 a month and the API at ₹150 per number a month. See Callyzer pricing.
  • Limits to know: priced per phone number, and many features are paid add-ons, so the total depends on what you switch on. No iPhone app is listed.
  • Best for: managers who mainly want to see who called whom and for how long across company phones, with light lead tracking.

Kylas

Kylas is a general sales CRM with pipelines, workflows, quotations and AI features, sold at a flat monthly fee with unlimited users rather than per seat.

  • How calling works: its pricing page says the paid plans integrate with IVR service providers to make, receive and log calls, plus manual call logging. The free plan has no telephony.
  • Standout features: unlimited users on every plan, a free Embark plan, workflows, a marketplace of add-on apps, and AI call summaries from uploaded recordings.
  • Published price: Elevate shows ₹12,999 a month flat for visitors in India and $175 a month billed yearly in the US; Exceed is a custom plan. Many limits can be raised with paid add-ons. See Kylas pricing.
  • Limits to know: calling depends on a separate telephony provider; field tracking and several security features are add-ons.
  • Best for: growing teams with many users who prefer one flat bill and already use, or plan to buy, cloud telephony.

LeadSquared

LeadSquared is a large sales and marketing automation platform used by enterprise teams. It is the most configurable product here and also the most expensive per user.

  • How calling works: through telephony connectors (its help centre lists Exotel, Knowlarity, RingCentral, Ozonetel, Tata Teleservices and others) and Mobile Cloud Calling, which places calls over the internet from the LeadSquared app through your provider. Its help article calls this a paid feature.
  • Standout features: lead scoring and distribution, process design, territory management, offline mode and geo-fencing on the higher plan, and a separate marketing product.
  • Published price: Sales Pro ₹2,500 per user a month and Sales Super ₹5,000 per user a month, both billed yearly. See LeadSquared Sales CRM pricing.
  • Limits to know: no trial is shown on the pricing page, telephony comes from a separate provider, and mobile cloud calling needs a provider that offers the APIs listed in LeadSquared’s help article.
  • Best for: large lending, education or insurance operations that run cloud telephony and need deep process control.

LumaKol

LumaKol is a calling CRM built around the agent’s own phone. Agents ring leads from the SIM in their Android phone; the app logs the call, asks the outcome and books the next follow-up. Managers work from the web dashboard.

  • How calling works: from each agent’s own SIM. On Android the app logs work-SIM calls (outgoing, incoming and missed) to the right lead without the agent typing anything. Where the phone’s own dialer records calls, the recording is linked to the lead.
  • Standout features: a one-tap outcome after every call with the follow-up set from it, calling hours and attempt limits checked before each dial, a live team board and attendance, and an app in 33 languages. Leads can arrive from IndiaMART, JustDial, Google Ads lead forms, website forms, webhooks and a public API on the Growth plan and above.
  • Published price: Starter ₹399 or $9 per seat a month billed monthly, Growth ₹899 or $19, Business ₹1,299 or $29, about 20% less billed yearly. Owners, admins and viewers are free up to three per workspace, and there is no seat minimum below Enterprise. See LumaKol pricing.
  • Limits to know: automatic call logging is Android only; the iPhone app cannot log calls on its own. There is no cloud telephony, IVR or virtual numbers, no WhatsApp Business API (templates open in the agent’s own WhatsApp), and no Facebook or Instagram lead ads or property-portal connections. It is a newer product with no public reviews yet. The 14-day trial allows up to 3 callers and 500 leads.
  • Best for: small and mid-sized teams calling from their own Android phones who want to start with one or two seats on a monthly plan, including teams outside India who pay in US dollars.

NeoDove

NeoDove is a telecalling CRM for Indian small and mid-sized businesses, with dialer, lead management, WhatsApp and SMS from one app, and AI calling agents on its AI plans.

  • How calling works: its site lists SIM-based calling, cloud telephony and VoIP. On the Lite and Plus plans, IVR and VoIP cost extra.
  • Standout features: a flat yearly price for a block of users, integrations with portals such as 99acres, MagicBricks, IndiaMART and JustDial, and AI voice agents with included minutes on the AI plans.
  • Published price: NeoLite ₹17,999 a year for up to 10 users and NeoPlus ₹24,999 a year for up to 20 users, GST extra; AI versions ₹22,999 and ₹29,999 a year. The page says these prices apply to clients in India, and its FAQ asks buyers to book a demo for final pricing. See NeoDove pricing.
  • Limits to know: billed yearly only, India pricing only, and add-ons for cloud calling and the WhatsApp API.
  • Best for: Indian teams of up to 10 or 20 callers who want one yearly bill and portal integrations.

Privyr

Privyr is a mobile CRM for people who sell from their phone: real estate agents, insurance advisors and agencies working leads from ads. It leans on instant lead alerts and WhatsApp.

  • How calling works: you call from your phone by tapping the call button on a client inside Privyr. Its help centre says the activity is then logged and you are asked to update or discard it when you return to the app.
  • Standout features: instant alerts for new leads, many lead sources including Facebook Lead Ads, follow-up sequences, WhatsApp templates and add-ons for WhatsApp campaigns.
  • Published price: Free for up to 3 team members; Pro $22 per user a month billed monthly or $10 per user a month billed yearly, for up to 20 members; Ultimate on request. See Privyr pricing.
  • Limits to know: call logging is tied to starting the call from Privyr, bulk calling works through 50 leads at a time, and WhatsApp automation is a paid add-on.
  • Best for: solo agents and small teams who live in WhatsApp and want leads from ads on their phone within seconds.

Runo

Runo is a calling CRM that offers SIM-based calling alongside virtual SIM and cloud options, with AI call analysis as an upgrade.

  • How calling works: its home page says calls are SIM-based and connect through standard mobile networks; the pricing page also sells virtual SIM and cloud plans.
  • Standout features: AI call summaries, sentiment and call scoring, auto dialer, lead allocation, caller ID and WhatsApp Business integration. An iOS app is listed alongside the Android app.
  • Published price: in India, SIM plans from ₹199 per user a month billed yearly (Lite) to ₹799 (Scale), or ₹699 to ₹1,299 with AI; virtual SIM and cloud plans cost more. In the US, SIM plans start at $10 per user a month billed yearly. Billing is quarterly, half-yearly or yearly. See Runo pricing.
  • Limits to know: a minimum of 3 users on every plan, no monthly billing, and the Lite plan stores up to 500 customers per licence.
  • Best for: Indian teams of three or more who want SIM calling now with the option of cloud numbers and AI call review later.

Salestrail

Salestrail is a call tracker, not a CRM. It logs the calls reps make from their own mobile numbers and pushes them into the CRM you already use.

  • How calling works: on Android the app runs in the background and logs SIM calls made from the normal dialer; on iPhone, calls have to be placed from inside the Salestrail app to be tracked. It also tracks WhatsApp calls on Android.
  • Standout features: ready integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics and LeadSquared, call analytics by rep, and call recording on Android.
  • Published price: Essential $5 per user a month ($3.50 billed yearly); call recording adds $2 ($1.40) and CRM integration adds $4 ($2.80). A custom plan needs 30 licences. See Salestrail pricing.
  • Limits to know: you still need a CRM for leads, follow-ups and pipeline; recording is Android only; the trial is 5 days.
  • Best for: teams already on Salesforce, HubSpot or similar who want their mobile calls logged there.

TeleCRM

TeleCRM is a telecalling CRM for Indian sales teams with strong WhatsApp tools: templates, the official WhatsApp API, chatbots and broadcasts.

  • How calling works: agents call from their own phone through the TeleCRM Android app. Its call tracking page explains setting each SIM to Work or Personal and using the phone’s built-in call recording, which then syncs to TeleCRM.
  • Standout features: a 1-click dialer, WhatsApp API with chatbot and drip messages, and lead capture from many sources including IndiaMART, JustDial, 99acres and MagicBricks.
  • Published price: Core CRM ₹799 or $19 per user a month billed yearly, or ₹1,099 or $29 billed quarterly; no monthly price is published. Chat Sync is ₹200 or $15 per user a month extra, and WhatsApp API setup is ₹1,999 or $19 once, plus Meta’s charges. See TeleCRM pricing.
  • Limits to know: quarterly or yearly billing only, recording depends on the phone supporting it, and the pricing page does not mention a free trial.
  • Best for: Indian teams where WhatsApp campaigns and property-portal leads are central to selling.

How to choose in one afternoon

  1. Decide how you call. If agents use their own Android phones, shortlist the SIM-based tools. If you need a shared number, IVR or call routing, you need cloud telephony, from the CRM or a separate provider.
  2. Count iPhones. No app can read an iPhone’s call log, so every SIM-based tool asks iPhone users to start calls from inside the app or misses those calls.
  3. Price your real team. Check the seat minimum, whether billing is monthly or only quarterly and yearly, and which features are add-ons. Work out a year’s cost for your actual number of callers.
  4. List your lead sources and check each one is connected today, not on a roadmap.
  5. Run a trial with real calls. Give three agents ten working days, then check from the data alone how many calls were logged and how many leads have a next follow-up. Our 15 questions to ask before you buy has a scorecard for this.

Questions on this topic

What is the best telecalling CRM in India?+

It depends on how your team calls. For agents on their own Android phones, SIM-based tools such as LumaKol, TeleCRM, Runo and Callyzer fit. For a shared number with IVR, look at products built on cloud telephony, such as LeadSquared or Kylas with a telephony provider. Compare published prices and run a trial with real calls before you decide.

Which telecalling CRM is cheapest?+

On published prices checked on 18 October 2026, Privyr has a free plan for up to 3 people, Runo’s Lite SIM plan starts at ₹199 per user a month billed yearly with 3 users minimum, Callyzer starts at ₹175 per phone number a month and Salestrail at $5 per user a month. Add-ons, seat minimums and billing terms change the real cost, so price your own team.

Do telecalling CRMs work on iPhone?+

Partly. Apple does not let apps read the iPhone call log, so automatic call logging is an Android feature. Some products, such as Salestrail, track iPhone calls placed from inside their app. LumaKol’s automatic call logging is Android only.

Is SIM-based calling better than cloud telephony?+

Neither is better for every team. SIM-based calling uses agents’ own numbers with no per-minute charges, and leads see a normal mobile number. Cloud telephony gives a shared number, IVR and routing, but adds per-minute or per-number costs and needs internet on the calling device.

Is this list sponsored?+

No. Nobody paid to be included. LumaKol is our product, which is why the list is alphabetical, every competitor fact links to that company’s own page, and LumaKol’s limits are listed alongside the others.
