Excel with drop-down lists, date formats, a frozen header and filters, or a plain CSV with the same columns.
With drop-down lists, formats and a How to use sheet. Opens in Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers and LibreOffice.
The same columns as plain text, for importing anywhere. No drop-downs or formulas.
The 14 columns
What to write in each one, and why it is there.
Date added
The day the lead came in, so you can see how long it has waited.
DateLead name
The person, and their company if it is a business.

TextEmail
Optional. Useful for sending quotes and details.

The day of the latest call attempt.

What happened on that call, from the list of call outcomes.

How many times the lead has been called. Add one after every attempt.
Whole numberNext follow-up
The date of the next call. Blank only when the lead is won or lost.

FormulaNotes
One line the next caller needs to know.
Text
How to use it
One row per lead. Add new leads at the bottom.
After every call, update Last call date, Last outcome, Attempts, Stage and Next follow-up.
Every morning, sort or filter by Next follow-up and call the oldest dates first. Days waiting turns negative when a follow-up is overdue.
Pick Source, Stage and Last outcome from the drop-down lists so they can be counted with a filter or a pivot table.
Keep one owner per lead, so two people never call the same person.
When the sheet gets hard to keep up to date, LumaKol can import it: Leads, then Import, in the web app.
Questions about this template
Is the template free?
Yes. Download either file straight from this page, with no sign-up and no email address.
Does it work in Google Sheets?
Yes. In Google Sheets choose File, then Import, and upload the Excel file to keep the drop-down lists and formulas. The CSV opens anywhere but has no lists or formulas.
Can I change the columns or lists?
Yes. Rename columns, add your own, or edit the values on the hidden Lists sheet to change the drop-downs.
Can I move this into LumaKol later?
Yes. Leads → Import in the web app reads Excel and CSV files with a header row, lets you match the columns and skips numbers that are already in your workspace.
