Unbounce landing page leads, called while the click is fresh
Paste the URL LumaKol gives you into your landing page’s webhook integration. Each submission becomes a lead, marked with the page and the variant it came from, in a caller’s queue.
- Page name saved as campaign
- Page variant in the note
- Retries added once

Unbounce at a glance
- How leads get in
- Each landing page’s webhook integration posts its form submissions to the private URL your LumaKol source gives you.
- How fast
- As Unbounce sends the webhook, normally seconds after the visitor submits.
- Repeats and retries
- Unbounce sends no submission ID, so LumaKol recognises a retried delivery by the visitor’s address, the submission time and the page. A number that is already a lead gets a note.
- Where you set it up
- In Unbounce: open the landing page → its Integrations tab → Webhooks, paste the URL and save. Repeat per page.
Who it’s for
Performance marketers and agencies sending paid traffic to Unbounce landing pages for education, real estate, finance, healthcare and home services. Paid leads lose value by the hour; LumaKol gets each one to a caller with a push notification and records the page and variant that produced it.
- The landing page’s name becomes the lead’s campaign.
- The variant is noted on the lead, so callers and managers can see which version brought it in.
- A delivery Unbounce retries is added once, and a visitor who submits again becomes a note on their lead.
How to connect it
- 1
Add Unbounce as a lead source
In LumaKol, go to Integrations → Lead sources, choose Add source, then Unbounce, and copy the webhook URL.
- 2
Add the webhook to your page
In Unbounce, open the landing page, go to its Integrations tab, paste the URL under Webhooks and save.
- 3
Ask for a phone number
Make sure the form asks for a phone number. Fields named like name, email or city fill those lead fields.
- 4
Submit the live page once
Open the published page, not the preview, and submit the form with your own number. Activity on the source shows the submission, with the page name as the campaign and the variant in the note.
What comes in with each submission
| What Unbounce sends | Where it lands in LumaKol |
|---|---|
| Form fields named like name, full_name, or first_name and last_name | Name |
| Fields named like phone_number, mobile or whatsapp | Phone |
| Fields named like email | |
| Fields named like company, city, state or address | Company, city, state and address |
| The landing page’s name | Campaign |
| The page variant | A “Page variant:” line in the note |
| Every other form field, with multiple answers joined by commas | A note line each |
| The visitor’s IP address, the submission date and time, and the page URL | Left out; the address, time and page only help spot a retry |
Unbounce posts the answers as a list per field; LumaKol reads them by the field IDs you set in the Unbounce form builder, so IDs such as phone_number or city put each answer in the right place.
After the lead arrives
The visitor’s IP address and the submission time are used only to recognise a retried delivery; neither they nor the page URL are saved on the lead. A visitor whose number you already have gets the new submission as a note on their lead, so they are not called twice.
Common Unbounce problems, and the fix
Only some pages send leads
Unbounce webhooks are set per landing page. Open each page’s Integrations tab and add the same URL, or a different source’s URL when a page needs its own caller.
Leads arrive named after their phone number
The form has no field LumaKol recognises as a name. Set the field ID of the name field to name, or first_name and last_name, in the Unbounce form builder.
A paid lead shows as Not added
Its phone answer was missing or not a valid number. Make the phone field required on the page and check the number format your form accepts.
Questions about Unbounce
Do I add the webhook to every page?+
Yes, Unbounce webhooks are set per landing page. Every page can use the same LumaKol URL; the page’s name is saved as each lead’s campaign.
Can I see which variant a lead came from?+
Yes. Each lead’s note names the page variant it was submitted on.
Do my Unbounce field IDs matter?+
Yes. LumaKol reads each answer by its field ID, so IDs such as name, email, phone_number and city fill those lead fields, and anything else is kept as a note line.
