Call a whole list with Power Dialer
Pick a list and the LumaKol app dials it one lead after another. Missed calls are tagged for you, answered calls take one tap, and managers see each session on the web.
- The LumaKol app on the phone you call from, with its calling permissions allowed
- Leads assigned to you, in a list or in All my leads
- Power Dialer allowed in your workspace (it is on unless an admin switched it off)

Open Power Dialer
Tap the Power Dialer card on Home. The first time, a short five-step guide explains how a session works; tap Set up my session at the end, or Skip the guide.

Pick a list and the gap
Choose All my leads or one of your lists; finished lists are hidden. Leads come in the queue’s order: highest score first, then the soonest follow-up, the fewest attempts and the oldest lead, so leads that tie are rung in the order of the list, and anyone called in the last two hours comes last. Then set the gap between calls: after each hang-up the app counts down this many seconds, from 3 to 60, before it dials the next lead. Switch on Ring missed leads again once if you want a second try at anyone who does not answer; it is off by default, and the app remembers your choice. Fix anything marked under Before you start, then tap Start session.

Talk, then tap an outcome
Each call goes out from your work SIM, and nothing is dialled while a call is still going. After an answered call, quick outcome tags appear above the next countdown: one tap saves the outcome. The same card takes a note and has WhatsApp and SMS buttons. The countdown waits at least 10 seconds after an answered call, and holds while you type a note or a message. If you would rather move on, tag it later from Calls → Needs outcome.

Missed calls are tagged for you
A call that does not connect is tagged No answer or Busy automatically, and the countdown to the next lead starts. If you switched on Ring missed leads again once, a lead who missed the call is rung one more time, 30 minutes later or after the rest of the list, never straight after their own call. With it off, missed leads keep their No answer tag and the session ends with the list.

Pause, skip or end at any time
Pause, Skip lead and End session sit at the bottom of the screen and work at any time. The session also stops by itself outside calling hours, on a day closed for calling, at the end of the list, or when it reaches your workspace’s longest-session limit, and it pauses by itself, saying why, when your workspace’s plan or calling settings stop allowing it or the app loses the phone or call log permission; resume once that is fixed. A lead marked Do not call, at the attempt limit, or still inside your workspace’s wait between attempts after an unanswered call is skipped, and the screen says why; only the one extra try that Ring missed leads again once gives a lead does not wait for it.

Read your summary
At the end you see the session’s duration, calls, connected calls, connect rate, talk time, calls per hour and the outcomes. If an answered call is still waiting for an outcome, Tag now in Calls takes you straight to it.

Find session calls later
Every call made in a session carries a Power Dialer tag in the app’s Calls tab and on the web. On the web Calls page, the Mode filter shows All, Power Dialer or Manual calls, the status filter finds calls that still need an outcome, and you can set the outcome right in the call’s row.

For managers and admins
Managers see each caller’s sessions in Reports → Calling sessions on the web, and the live board shows an In session badge beside anyone in a session. A call the phone logged as answered, because an answering machine picked up, leaves the session’s connected calls and talk time there once a not-connected outcome such as No answer is saved for it. Admins control Power Dialer in Settings → Calling policy.
- Allow Power Dialer: switch it off for the whole workspace. It needs auto-dial allowed.
- Require an outcome for answered calls: brings back a required outcome sheet after answered calls only. Missed calls are still tagged automatically. Owners and admins also find this switch in the app under More → Calling.

പൊതുവായ ചോദ്യങ്ങൾ
Which phones does Power Dialer work on?+
Power Dialer is in the LumaKol app, on Android and iPhone. Every call goes out from the phone’s own SIM, so customers see your normal number.
What happens to calls nobody answers?+
They are tagged No answer or Busy for you, with nothing to tap. If you switched on Ring missed leads again once when you set up the session, each one is rung one more time, 30 minutes later or after the rest of the list. The switch is off by default, and then the session ends when the list is done.
Can I make outcomes required for answered calls?+
Yes. An owner or admin turns on Require an outcome for answered calls in Settings → Calling policy on the web, or in the app under More → Calling. The outcome sheet then opens after every answered call in a session, and missed calls are still tagged automatically.
Does it work on an individual account?+
Yes. On an individual account you are the owner and the caller, so you run sessions from the app and see them in your own Calling sessions report on the web.
