A calling CRM for US sales teams that call from their own phones
Agents call leads from the SIM in their own phone. LumaKol logs each call, asks the outcome and books the next follow-up, and the app checks calling hours and your do-not-call list before it dials. Priced per seat in US dollars.
- Calling hours checked before the dial
- Per-seat pricing in US dollars
- Calls from your own US number

Who it suits in the United States
Insurance and financial services agents
Agents call quote requests and renewals from their own mobiles. Each call lands on the lead with its outcome, the next callback is booked before the agent moves on, and a “Requested no contact” outcome takes the lead out of every calling queue.
Solar and home services teams
Setters call ad and website enquiries while they are fresh. On the Growth plan and above, Google Ads lead forms, website forms and webhooks put new leads straight into the calling queue, which serves the best lead first.
Teams that already use a CRM
On the Growth plan and above, LumaKol syncs with HubSpot, Pipedrive or Zoho CRM both ways: new CRM records become leads, and every call is written back to the record with its outcome.
How a working day runs
The same four steps for every agent, every day.
- 1
Leads arrive
Import your list from Excel or add leads by hand. On the Growth plan and above, Google Ads lead forms, form tools and webhooks bring new enquiries in on their own, and Facebook lead ads can follow through Make or Pabbly Connect.
- 2
Agents call from their own number
The agent taps a lead or works the calling queue. Before it dials, the app checks your calling hours, the do-not-call block and the attempt limit, then the call goes out from the SIM in their phone, so the lead sees a normal US mobile number.
- 3
One tap after each call
When the call ends, the app asks what happened. The outcome moves the lead’s stage and sets the next follow-up, with a reminder in the agent’s time zone.
- 4
Managers see it on the web
The web dashboard shows calls, outcomes, follow-ups due and missed, and a live board of who is calling, on a break or idle.

Prices in US dollars
Workspaces outside India pay per seat a month in US dollars, with no setup fee and no per-minute charges.
English, Spanish and more
The LumaKol app ships in 33 languages, including English and Spanish, and each person picks their own, so one workspace can hold agents who work in either. The web dashboard is in English.
Time zones across the country
Each person picks their own time zone, so follow-ups, reminders and reports show local time for an agent in New York and a manager in Denver. On the web, a lead whose number was saved with +1 shows the time where the lead is, read from the area code, with a moon from 9 PM to 8 AM there.
Calling hours you choose
Set calling hours and calling days once for the workspace. The app checks them before each dial, warns before a call outside them and flags it in reports. Holidays you add are closed for calling unless you open them.
+1 numbers handled
A US number typed in local format, with a leading 1, with +1 or with 011 resolves to the same lead, so imports and captured calls do not create duplicates.
What LumaKol does not do
Worth knowing before you start a trial.
- No cloud telephony, IVR or virtual numbers. Calls go out from each agent’s own SIM.
- No National Do Not Call Registry or state list checks. Scrub your lists before you import them.
- Calling hours are checked against the agent’s phone clock, not the lead’s time zone. If you call across zones, set hours that are safe in every zone you call.
- No predictive or parallel dialling and no recorded messages. Auto-dial and the Power Dialer call one lead at a time from the agent’s own phone.
Calling rules in the United States
Sales calls in the US fall under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and the FCC’s rules under it, the FTC’s Telemarketing Sales Rule and National Do Not Call Registry, and state laws that add to them. In brief: telephone solicitations only between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. in the called person’s local time, no telemarketing calls to registered numbers unless an exemption applies, a registry check at least every 31 days, and an internal do-not-call list that you honour. Read the official sources and take legal advice before you start a campaign.

This page is general information, not legal advice. LumaKol does not check numbers against any do-not-call registry.
What helps in LumaKol
Calling hours and days checked before every dial, a maximum number of attempts per lead, retry delays, a permanent “Requested no contact” outcome that takes a lead out of the queue, number masking for agents and an audit log.

Does LumaKol work on an iPhone?+
Yes. LumaKol has an Android app and an iPhone app. Calls go out from the agent’s own SIM on either, and both work the same leads, follow-ups and templates in one workspace. Android logs every call on the work SIM with its exact duration; on iPhone, calls started from LumaKol are logged with an approximate duration measured by the app.
Does LumaKol check the National Do Not Call Registry?+
No. LumaKol does not check the National Do Not Call Registry, state lists or the Reassigned Numbers Database. Scrub your lists before you import them, and again at least every 31 days for leads you keep calling. Inside LumaKol, a “Requested no contact” outcome or a Do not call mark stops the apps dialling that lead.
Can we switch auto-dial off?+
Yes. Auto-dial next lead stays off until an agent switches it on, a Power Dialer session runs only when an agent starts one, and owners and admins can switch auto-dial off for the whole workspace in Settings → Calling policy, which turns the Power Dialer off too. Take advice before you use auto-dial for telemarketing.
Can LumaKol stop calls outside the lead’s local hours?+
Not on its own. Calling hours are checked against the agent’s phone clock. On the web, a number saved with +1 shows the lead’s local time with a moon at night, and you can split leads into lists by time zone so agents work each list at a suitable hour.
Does LumaKol work with HubSpot, Pipedrive or Zoho CRM?+
Yes, on the Growth plan and above and in the free trial. Records created in the CRM after you connect it become LumaKol leads within about five minutes, matched by phone number, and every call on a linked lead is written back to the CRM record with its outcome, duration and note. Older CRM records are not imported.
