After this video you know how a caller gets from a full lead list to the next call: a filtered list for the morning, the lead page with everything on it, and calls that log themselves from the phone.

Build the morning list
On the web, the Leads page filters by Follow-up (Overdue, Today or This week), stage, list and Last call, and Order set to Best to call first puts the highest-scoring leads on top. In the LumaKol app, the Leads tab filters by owner, tag and source too.

Or let the queue choose
Tap Start calling on Home. The calling queue holds leads in open stages that have attempts left and serves the highest lead score first, so overdue follow-ups and fresh enquiries come up early.

Read the lead page
The lead page holds the Call button, WhatsApp, SMS and email, the script for the lead’s stage and source with the details filled in, the Follow-up row and the timeline of every call, note and message.

Call from your own SIM
Tap Call. The call goes out from your own SIM through the phone’s dialer, so the customer sees your normal number. If it is outside calling hours or the lead has reached the attempt limit, the app tells you before it dials.

The call logs itself
Only the SIM you mark as the work SIM is captured. The app records the call against the lead with its time and duration and syncs it to the workspace, so nobody types call details in afterwards.

Pick the outcome
On Android the Call outcome screen opens when the call ends; on iPhone it opens when you return to the app. Tap the outcome, adjust the follow-up if the customer named a time, add a one-line note and save.

What updates on its own
The lead’s attempt count goes up, its stage moves if the outcome says so, and the follow-up appears in Follow-ups and as a reminder on the phone. The call shows in the manager’s view with its outcome.

Tips

No signal? The outcome is stored on the phone and synced when the connection returns, without duplicates.
Personal calls stay personal: calls on a SIM that is not the work SIM are never captured.
