How to connect it

Add Wix as a lead source
In LumaKol, go to Integrations → Lead sources, choose Add source, then Wix, and copy the webhook URL.

Create an automation
In your Wix dashboard, open Automations → New automation, start from scratch, choose the trigger Form submitted and pick your form.

Send it to LumaKol
Choose the action Send HTTP request (webhook), paste the URL, and under the body choose fields with the keys name, phone and email.

Activate and test
Activate the automation, choose who gets the leads in LumaKol, then submit a test entry on your site.

Wix often sends the same contact detail twice, once as the form field and once on the contact. LumaKol saves it once, and the form name, submission ID and time are left out of the note.
After the lead arrives
Each submission reaches the caller you chose with a push that names the source, so name the source after the form or the site. Wix sites often have one form per service; one Wix source per form, each with its own automation in Wix, keeps them in separate lists on the Leads page with their own callers and tags.
Common Wix problems, and the fix
Leads arrive without a name or phone
The HTTP request only carries the fields you add to its body. Edit the action and add the form’s fields with the keys name, phone and email, then save and activate the automation again.
The automation exists but nothing arrives
Check that it is active and that its trigger points at the form visitors actually use. Submit that form on the live site; the source’s Activity lists every delivery that reaches LumaKol.
Several forms need different callers
Add one Wix source per form in LumaKol, each with its own caller, stage and tags, and create one automation per form with that source’s URL.
Questions about Wix
Which keys should I use in the request body?+
name, phone and email fill those fields directly; company, city, state and address work the same way. Wix’s own keys, such as field:email or the contact’s first and last name, are recognised too.
Will Wix still send its own notifications?+
Yes. The automation is an extra step; your existing Wix notifications are not changed.
Can I connect more than one form?+
Yes. Create an automation per form with the same URL; the form’s name is saved as each lead’s campaign.
