Off by default; iPhones cannot read call history. - Automation rules (when → only if → then: assign or round-robin, change stage, tag, set a follow-up, notify, add to a sequence). - Drip sequences: timed emails sent from the business's own connected mailbox (SMTP; LumaKol never sends them from its own address) with an unsubscribe link, WhatsApp/SMS steps the lead owner is prompted to send with the text ready, and follow-up tasks; leads leave when won, lost or a call is answered. - Quotes on a lead with GST and discounts, a public quote page to accept or decline, and payment by UPI to the business's own UPI ID. - Field visits: one-time location check-in and check-out at a lead, distance from the lead's address, optional photo, and day routes in Google Maps. - Call recording sync from the phone's dialer where the device supports it. - WhatsApp, email and SMS templates that open on the agent's phone with the text filled in, logged on the timeline (LumaKol does not send WhatsApp itself). - Calling hours (checked before every dial; calls outside them are flagged), a do-not-call setting that blocks dialing leads who asked not to be contacted, attempt caps per lead, and caller ID for saved leads. LumaKol does not check the national DND registry. - Live team board, attendance and breaks, reports and funnels, revenue from quotes, and coaching analytics (best hours to call, speed to lead, follow-up discipline, caller scorecards) with call review scorecards. - Public REST API and outgoing webhooks, so leads and call outcomes move between LumaKol and other tools. ## What it is not - Not VoIP: calls travel over the mobile network from the agent's SIM. - Does not record audio itself; it syncs recordings the phone's dialer already made, where permitted. - Never reads calls on a personal SIM; calls with non-lead numbers stay on the phone unless the workspace turns on missed-call leads. ## Compliance - GDPR: for the leads a business stores, the business is the controller and LumaKol the processor; LumaKol is the controller for account and billing data. A Data Processing Addendum forms part of the Terms for every customer; it covers India's DPDP Act, the GDPR (with the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum) and the CCPA. Data is hosted in Singapore and Japan. Privacy contact: privacy@lumakol.com. - Calling rules: agents place calls one at a time from their own phones; LumaKol does not generate numbers, dial in parallel or play recorded messages. The mobile apps check calling hours (by the agent's phone clock), a do-not-call block for leads who asked not to be contacted, and attempt limits before dialling. LumaKol does not check the US National Do Not Call Registry, state do-not-call lists or the UK TPS/CTPS registers; customers screen their own lists and hold consent. - No certifications are claimed. These pages are not legal advice. ## Pricing - Per seat per month; agents and team leads use seats; owners, admins and viewers are free up to three. 14-day free trial, no card. Get these right and the app does the paperwork. - [Start from an industry pipeline template](https://lumakol.com/guides/choose-an-industry-pipeline-template): Ready-made stages, call outcomes, custom fields and an opening script for your kind of business. Apply one in a click, apply another later, and nothing you already have is deleted. - [Invite your team and choose roles](https://lumakol.com/guides/invite-your-team): Agents and team leads use seats; up to three owners, admins, billing admins and viewers are free. Invite by email, or by mobile number for agents who do not use email. - [Import leads and assign them](https://lumakol.com/guides/import-your-leads): Upload the sheet your team already uses, map its columns, skip duplicates and invalid numbers, and deal the leads out to agents. - [Install the Android app and set up your work SIM](https://lumakol.com/guides/install-the-android-app): Sign in with the same mobile number, walk through the permission steps, pick the SIM you call from, and let the app start capturing. - [Start calling from the queue](https://lumakol.com/guides/start-calling-from-the-queue): The queue hands you the next lead — the one most worth calling right now, by its lead score — with the script beside the Call button. - [Lead scores: call the best leads first](https://lumakol.com/guides/call-the-best-leads-first): Every open lead gets a score from 0 to 100 with the reasons beside it, so your queue and your lists put the leads most worth a call right now at the top. - [Log a call outcome](https://lumakol.com/guides/log-a-call-outcome): One tap for what happened, a follow-up that is already filled in, an optional note and the questions your team defined. Ten seconds, every call. - [Follow-ups and reminders](https://lumakol.com/guides/follow-ups-and-reminders): Every promised callback in one list — overdue in red, today, the next seven days — with reminders on the phone at the right time. - [Call scripts and WhatsApp / SMS / email templates](https://lumakol.com/guides/scripts-and-message-templates): Admins write scripts and templates once; agents see the right script beside the Call button and send a filled-in message in one tap, logged on the lead. - [Track field visits with check-in and check-out](https://lumakol.com/guides/track-field-visits): Check in when you reach a customer and check out when you leave. The location is read once at each moment, compared with the lead’s saved location, and every stop shows up on the day’s route. - [Attendance, breaks and check-in](https://lumakol.com/guides/attendance-breaks-and-check-in): A tap to start the day, typed breaks, a tap to end it — so the live board and attendance reports reflect real working time. - [iPhone: assisted calling](https://lumakol.com/guides/ios-assisted-calling): iOS does not expose the call log, so the iPhone app tracks the calls you start from it and asks for the outcome when you come back — with a reliability label on every call. The iPhone app is coming to the App Store. - [Scan business cards into leads](https://lumakol.com/guides/scan-business-cards): Point the phone at a business card and the Add a lead form fills itself in — name, numbers, email, company and job title — read on the phone, with the photo never uploaded. - [Run the day from the live board](https://lumakol.com/guides/live-team-board): Who is available, on a call, on a break or idle right now, with today’s calls, outcomes and overdue callbacks per person — fed by the phones, not by reports. - [Reports: funnel, workload, outcomes, coaching and attendance](https://lumakol.com/guides/reports-that-matter): What each report answers, where the numbers come from, and the ones worth a look every week — including the Coaching view for managers and revenue from quotes. - [Call recordings and review scorecards: coaching from real calls](https://lumakol.com/guides/coach-with-call-recordings): LumaKol does not record audio itself. Where the phone’s dialer records calls, the app links the file to the lead and uploads it; managers score calls on one shared scorecard, and agents see the feedback. - [Calling policy and lead data protection](https://lumakol.com/guides/calling-policy-dnd-and-privacy): Hours checked before the dial, attempt limits and retry delays; a “Requested no contact” outcome that closes the lead and can block further calls; number masking, recording access and screenshot blocking for the data. - [Put a lead form on your website](https://lumakol.com/guides/capture-leads-from-your-website): A form somebody fills in and the lead is already in the calling queue, carrying its source and tags — as a link you can share anywhere, or as HTML you paste into your own site. - [Add live chat to your website and answer from the Chats inbox](https://lumakol.com/guides/add-live-chat-to-your-website): One line of code puts a chat bubble on your site. Visitors leave their name and mobile number, your team replies from the Chats inbox, and every chat is saved as a lead you can call. - [QR code posters and walk-in leads](https://lumakol.com/guides/qr-code-posters-and-walk-in-leads): Print a QR code for your counter, stand or brochure so visitors fill in your lead form themselves, and log the people you meet in person with one tap on the source. - [Connect Google Ads, IndiaMART, JustDial and your website as lead sources](https://lumakol.com/guides/connect-automatic-lead-sources): New enquiries arrive in LumaKol on their own, go to the right person and ring their phone — nobody copies leads from portals, inboxes or sheets. - [Turn missed calls into leads](https://lumakol.com/guides/turn-missed-calls-into-leads): A missed call from a new number on an agent’s work SIM becomes a lead with a callback due, owned by the agent whose phone rang. Off by default, Android only, and personal numbers stay out with “Not a lead”. - [Automate lead handling with rules](https://lumakol.com/guides/automate-lead-handling-with-rules): When something happens to a lead, and it matches, LumaKol does the actions for you — passing on leads nobody called, chasing overdue follow-ups and tidying up after unanswered calls. - [Follow up automatically with sequences](https://lumakol.com/guides/follow-up-automatically-with-sequences): Timed steps after a lead is added: emails that send themselves, WhatsApp and SMS reminders with the text ready, and call tasks for the owner — ending when the lead answers, is won or is lost. - [Send quotes and get paid by UPI](https://lumakol.com/guides/send-quotes-and-get-paid-by-upi): Create a quote on a lead, share the link on WhatsApp, and let the customer accept it and pay straight to your UPI ID — with the deal value and revenue updating as it happens. - [Set monthly sales targets and read the month-end forecast](https://lumakol.com/guides/set-sales-targets-and-forecast): Give each caller a monthly goal for calls, connected calls, deals won and revenue. Everyone sees whether they are ahead or behind as the month runs, and Reports adds what revenue the month is likely to close at. - [Connect your own software with the API and webhooks](https://lumakol.com/guides/api-keys-and-webhooks): A key your tool uses to read and write leads and calls, and webhooks that push events to your own endpoint the moment they happen. Both live in Settings → API & webhooks. - [See your follow-ups in Google, Apple or Outlook Calendar](https://lumakol.com/guides/follow-ups-in-your-calendar): One private link puts every promised callback into the calendar you already keep open, with the number, the stage and the last outcome on it. - [Plans, seats and billing](https://lumakol.com/guides/plans-seats-and-billing): How the trial works, which roles use seats, how to subscribe, change, pause or cancel, and where invoices and tax details live. - [Languages, time zone and appearance](https://lumakol.com/guides/languages-time-zone-and-appearance): LumaKol ships in 33 languages. Each person picks their own; the workspace sets the default. Dark mode lives in the mobile apps. - [Sessions, data export and account deletion](https://lumakol.com/guides/data-export-and-account-deletion): Sign out other devices, export what your role allows, and delete an account — from the app or by request — with what happens to the data spelled out. ## Developers ## Video tutorials - [Read your dashboard like a manager](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J7_lnPt5_3M) (3:22): What every number on the dashboard means, and which ones matter on a Monday morning. - [Build your pipeline](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y0t75Jr6JeM) (3:17): Stage types, colours, the one-line meaning agents read, and how chance-to-win drives the forecast. - [Call outcomes that book the next follow-up](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OeKWzsvSnMk) (3:10): One tap after a call books the callback and moves the lead.
